The pastries are so darn delicious 😋. The staff is friendly and efficient. The establishment is rather small for the volume of patrons that come for the sweets. There are a couple tables for seating but I think its mostly to guide traffic getting to the register. The location may be a staple in the community which is great but parking is basically non-existent. You may need to park in the gas station across the street or the side street which doesn't offer much extra parking.

There is no compition: Tim’s is the best no bakery will ever come close, the donuts melt in your mouth EVEN IF THERE NOT WARM. Amazing.

Very disappointed! Drove an hour to try this place out ordered through Text the day before. Was going to get some more things, but the line was so long with one person doing it all in one person standing at the register doing very little donuts tasted like they were a day old. I’m not sure how this place is popular at all

I’ve never really liked donuts. This was probably nice for my health but didn’t make me much fun at parties. Either way, one day I was stuck in McCordsville for work and was in a situation— long story short, I ended up here with a donut in my hands. Little did I know, a simple plain donut from this place was going to be the best donut I had ever eaten in my life. I told people about this experience. Life changed, and I have been across the country on a journey for the last few years now, and it’s been 4 years since I’ve eaten that donut. And I still think about it. I haven’t eaten a donut since. If I ever eat a donut from anywhere else again in my life, I will be comparing it to Tim’s.

Good donuts, trash service. I was given the wrong item and returned to get the correct item. I had to pay again just to get what I asked for the first time. Will not give my money to a business that thinks so low of its customers.
