Brisket is superb but then everything I have eaten at Trax BBQ shows the level of care in preparing the food to perfection. The side taste fantastic as well. The Mac'n'Cheez is great, Green Beans are great, Broccoli salad is the best I have ever eaten. Just Great food all around!

I tried the dino bone it was my first time eating a beef ribs it wasnt for me it wasnt bad just fatty.....but overall check this place out

Is the only way to order food at the restaurant is stand in line at the lone cash register? I have a disability, once I saw the length of the line just to place an order, my visit was over with. I can't stand in a long line for what looked like was going to be a forever wait. I'll go someplace else that has servers so I can at least sit & wait if busy.

My family and I eat here all the time, but last night was particularly pleasant! We got a half order of the pulled pork nachos with “cowboy caviar” and let me tell you, we were happier than a hog in slop. We got a smoked sausage plate with broc salad and Mac and cheese, as well as a 12 piece smoked chicken wing. The sausage has a good bite to the casing, a wonderful texture and the flavor will make your tongue beat your brains out. Now the wings…. I’ve had wings all over the world and I have my favorites, but those jumbo smoked wings, with the chili sauce are now firmly at the top of the list! The skin turns almost into a smoky shell that retains all of the juice and flavors so you don’t lose a sweat bead’s worth of moisture in those delicious little nuggets. Absolutely love this place, will be back soon!
Having lived in Texas for several years, I’ve had my fair share of top-notch barbecue, and this place holds its own as outstanding. The service was friendly and welcoming, coupled with what was a fantastic meal.
I ordered the ribs, lean brisket, and sausage, and all 3 were absolutely delicious. The mac and cheese was on the soupy side, but still overall delicious along with the fries.

It's a bit warm but the food is worth the wait and heat! All the employees were super helpful!! The beef rib superb. The kids pulled pork sandwich mac n cheese was 10 stars according to my 7yo!! The burger my husband had was amazing. He thought he was in heaven! Their sweet tea so good!

This was my 2nd time coming here. My first time, the sheet pan meal I ordered...the brisket was moist & delicious and my family loved it. This time I ordered the brisket sandwich. I did not get the mixed brisket that I asked for and it was so dry. I couldn't even eat it...pretty disappointing, because I was really looking forward to their brisket again.
