🔥 The Sauces A good BBQ joint lives and dies by its sauces, and Trax delivers. I tried two excellent options: • Jamaican Jerk (featuring the heat of the scotch bonnet pepper) • Red Hog BBQ sauce
Both were great, but surprisingly, despite my love for the scotch bonnet pepper, I ranked the Red Hog sauce higher! It has a fantastic, balanced flavor that truly elevates the meat.

We loved everything we got. I wasn't a big fan of the pickles, but my wife loved them. It's a little pricey, but fitting with BBQ prices in the area. There is no table service, and it's cavernous and loud.

The 1st time I had it I was disappointed meat was dry but I tried it again recently (a couple years later) and it was great easy some of the the best I have i dont know what went wrong the 1st time but its definitely worth a vist I currently just waiting for them to open so I can eat there again before leaving town

Two comments from friends about the Mac & Cheese “I took a whole plate home with me, sorry!” & “The Mac & Cheese must have had crack in it, because I can’t place what made it so delicious but it was addicting”
My mom said the green beans were her favorite & my mother in law is coming to steal our left over Cole slaw.
We have many BBQ connoisseurs in the family and wannabe smoked meat professionals and they were all blown away with the flavor and quality of the meats and sides.
I woke up the next morning craving left over brisket and pork only to find every container was scraped clean with no scraps left to be found.
The owner Andrew has been a friend of mine for almost 20 years, and I can’t thank or compliment him and his team enough!
