My order included crinkle fries on Saturday 6:30pm. The young employee gave me half a box of old stale crinkle fries disguised as whole box with old stale curly fries underneath. He knew exactly what he was doing. Too lazy to make a fresh batch. The fast food experience today gets a bad rap for good reason. Expensive, crappy service, crappy food.

Stopped by on our way back to Northern Indiana. My husband ordered 3 jalapeno sliders, I ordered 2 roast beef sliders and curly fries for my daughter's. Your employees wrapped the sandwiches "properly" with the wrapper labels except the 2 for my daughter's that were labeled roast beef had a large amount of jalapenos. They cried forever because your employees couldn't do their job properly and made there mouths burn while we were driving down the highway. This is very disrespectful. What if my daughter's had a food allergy to peppers and ate that. Retrain your staff. This is very unacceptable.

My food was hot like it was freshly made it was put together well it wasn't sloppy and the service was great.
My bread was rock hard on my sandwich and I paid for a cup of cheese that barley had anything in it. If I'm going to be charged a dollar for 1 little cup of cheese I expect it to at least be half way full if not completely full. Absolutely ridiculous and waste of money.

9 pm. Totally out of all milk shake mix. Out of over half of the sauces. Counters were dirty. Loud gangster music - two different sets of music playing at the same time trying to beat out the other - both gangster style music. Just be aware.

I can only guess that these are RACISTS people working here. IM BLACK and i Came to counter to order food and was never even acknowledged with about 6-7 workers present having side conversations and stood there for about 5 mins and nobody said a word to me. That’s definitely unprofessional and unacceptable. I left out they wont get my hard earned money. Calling corporate as well

Food tasted alright it’s like any Arby’s. Service was lacking, I was given the wrong size order for the combo i ordered. Food looked like they literally tossed it in like a basketball. Place is empty as can be but the drink station is a mess and workers seem to disappear from the facility when they finish taking orders. Some guy ordered after me but waited for a hot minute for someone to come to the counter from the back.

Most of the corners are not wiped. There is no meat-free food, mazzarella sticks are not enough, please, more variety. Meat is harmful to the heart system.

It being in a truck stop gets it bad reviews from unruly customers, this place is awesome I always ring the bell 🔔
