Every table is dirty, seats are sticky. I told the person behind the counter the napkin dispenser was empty, so he handed me about an inch thick stack of napkins, apparently so I could add what I didn't need to the dispenser. This interaction did not prompt his to look over the beverage and supplies center which was a mess, despite the restaurant being very slow. He entered my order as eat-in without asking,, which happened to be correct, but he still put my sandwich in a bag and made me wait for the turnovers to be iced, when I could have been eating my sandwich in the meantime. I am a frequent Arby's customer but this is my first time to this location. I won't be back.

The king of microwave cooking as everything is warmed up or cooked within. The fryers weren't working at 7pm. Chairs left on the table way after the floor was dry. I don't know why I torture myself.

Don't waste your time eating here. Waited over 10 minutes to get my food and it was cold. Forgot 3 different things with the order including the drinks. Person in front of me was still waiting on their food when I left. No other customers inside or the drive thru. I guess it being attached to a truck stop is the reason they are still in business.

Food was fast food, service was ok. We requested everything be made fresh and the guy taking our order said yeah she will. I watched her place fries and potato cakes feom the warmer in containers and set aside. We waited patiently and when she went to put them in my bag my husband said no we asked you to make those fresh. Those had been sitting under the warmer. She said we'll that will take 3 minutes. We said yeah we will wait but had you made them fresh back when we ordered like we asked they would be done already. Customer service is and should be your main concern.

Sign says that they are open now for 24hrs but can’t sit anywhere and when we went up to order the guy told us that due to cleaning the slicer they have no beef. No sign on the door stating that they had no beef or anything. How you going to be a roast beef fast food joint but have no beef. That place is a joke! First time going and my last time ever!!
