I've never had any complaints with this McDonald's other than I feel like they should have more people working nights. I made a large online order and when I went to pick it up the poor girl that was working was all alone and completely swamped with customers. She was great working the drive thru, counter and cooking everything! My order took a little longer but everything was perfect. My last experience was good as well. I had a coupon code from my app and it wouldn't work. The guy working the drive thru was very helpful and friendly. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally. I've met a lot of rude, unpleasant, down right monstrous people in the customer service industry and it means a lot when people are nice. Definitely my #1 Mickey D's spot!

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe but only received a quarter pounder, was absolutely trash and the service was even worse, the girl basically dropped my food on the counter and walked away, if you don't like your job, change it, will never come here again

I heard the Manager, let's make fries.
No one did.
But look at my order of fries.
Hard, left overs, burnt,
And what the Manager did, she gave me this mess.
Employees are paying attention to their Manager.
I will never stop there again.
The employee talked about their nite and just ignored customers.
The Manager was trying to do everything.
I should of gone to Circle k, at least the food there is Hot.

Carlos was so friendly and energetic! Taylor was phenomenal. I got the lemonade for the first time and I drank it so quick. I wasn’t sure if you offered refills but I asked as we were chatting about how good it was. It’s been a rough week and she made me smile when I needed it. She didn’t even understand the impact, but I will definitely stop by for a cup of lemonade every time I pass through town!! Kudos to the management on hiring smiling faces. I am i super impressed!

Six people working and I couldn't get an order in for 15-20 minutes. Then a guy lies and told me it'll be one second before he came.

Ordered table service on app entered table # then waited 10 to 15 minutes and rang their phone then watched them take a bag on the counter and put my cold food on a tray brought out to me with a empty drink cup when you specify type of drink on order and no apologies. This is one of those stores employees apparently don't like the corporate app sponsored table service and just convert your order into carryout and call out # with the pickup waiters and don't think twice when it just sits there. Travelers have a couple other options at this exit and suggest they use them instead.
