As usual… this review is meant to change and/or motivate people who want to be better. I also left a review on a few “trucker apps”.. I was warned this was a terrible McDonald’s and they routinely screw up orders… before I go on, most truckers get it to go and can’t afford to go back to complain or even get it right… I ordered a egg McMuffin and they forgot the egg!! The hash browns (2 ) were cold and the donuts were rock hard(crispy cream would be appallingly upset) and this was all after I had to wait well over 10 minutes after placing a order 5 minutes in advance!! I see “ google score” is well below 3 stars and it’s usually the center of the gripes on the trucker side…shows that some people shouldn’t have a franchise or be allowed to keep them if they don’t want to care… I stopped for fuel and a shower but specifically for McDonald’s… well ; I was warned and now you are too… there are several other locations north and south of here… go elsewhere unless you like wasting money and want terrible food

This location has definitely improved, but it still has a long way to go. The employees seemed to be working hard, but I only seen 3 during very busy hours.

Just left there when they are open they have great food, but I think it is very rude to have a customer sit and wait for 30min when they don't close until 12a and it is 930p. So I pull up to the window thinking maybe having speaker problem no the 2kids was working in there the manager or lead on duty looked up and started wacing her hands saying wr are closed. Next time put up a sign or come over the speaker and say something.

You guys got to throw the food you got stock up away and make some fresh stuff. The bread is rock hard and beef patties dried out. Couldn't even eat any of it just threw it all away.

App showed serving dinner till 3:59am. Ordered at 11:49pm. Went to pick it up at 11:55 said they were already closed. Manager on shift was not helpful and when we tried to explain what the app was saying she hung up on us. Fix the app and change managers attitude.

Tried to order in drive through. No one came on the intercom to take my order for over 3 minutes. Drove up to the window and waited a few minutes for them to give the order to the vehicle ahead of me. I tried to order at the window and they told me to wait to while they took someone elses order
Ordered my food was told to pull to #2 spot was waiting a pretty long time when they came out ask what I had ordered. Told them they went back inside a manager came out ask me what I ordered told him. I was told they gave it to the wrong vehicle. They would make it again. About 5 minutes later see them come out with what I thought would be my food they tried to give it to the car next to me. Lucky for me they were honest and said wasn't theirs. No apology or refund so not sure if I will go back.
