We went in to Subway to get some sandwiches.And we looked into the counter where the food was and it was dirty Some of the food was mixed with others , and the food was so low and was not filled up. We go there quite a bit and we have never seen it like that. Unfortunately we just left.

I eat here all the time. But coming in today was very disappointing. I scheduled my food for 6:45pm and I came in at 6:50pm to it not even being started. They have a highschooler, all by himself on a Friday, working until close alone. Drowning in orders with no help. A manger should be in there helping if they are that short on staffing.

When I order pick up at other subways they always get my chips and kids applesauces and drinks in the bag but this subway doesn't do that. Unfortunately I didn't know that and once I got home I was missing my bottled drinks and sides. They also overtoasted my sub and my kids. Very hard and crumbly

I did an online order and scheduled it to be ready by the specified time due to scheduling lunch for work. I was 10 mins late, but had to wait another 15-20 mins for my food to get made. I’m not sure what was the reason but it caused me to miss my lunch because I had no extra time to eat. Either more employees are needed or the current employees need trained on meeting deadlines.

Heated up my 6 inch flatbread BLT so long it was like a brick! Complete waste!
Edit 2024... I ordered a foot long BLT. What a waste of money. Not sure what the issue is with making a decent BLT.

This subway has been going downhill for the last several months. The service and atmosphere are ok at best, but definitely need work. the food seems to have been left out all day without being refrigerated. all the veggies were wilted and mushy. With how this restaurant is currently, it's a miracle it still gets customers. I'm surprised nobody has gotten sick.
6/11/24 Don't waste your time. Worst Subway. Got wrap she dropped half my Chicken on the floor and did replace what she dropped. Kept calling the Chicken Turkey. DONT THINK SHE WAS ALL THERE.

Will not go back I stopped going to sub way because of this one I pay for extra or get the double chocolate cookies they switch out the cookies for different ones I don't know if it's because they don't want to bake more or what, I never and I mean NEVER get the extra stuff I pay for some times it's on one sandwich and not the others and so on I got tired of losing 2-5$ everytime I eat here the walmart one dose the same thing I wouldn't waste my time here at least the walmart subways deserves 4stars. Also they are never busy when I go up there to pick up my order so I know they have time to bake those cookies it makes a pregnancy woman upset if they ain't right.
