I eat here all the time. But coming in today was very disappointing. I scheduled my food for 6:45pm and I came in at 6:50pm to it not even being started. They have a highschooler, all by himself on a Friday, working until close alone. Drowning in orders with no help. A manger should be in there helping if they are that short on staffing.
This is the FIRST Subway location that has not messed up our order and had it ready on time. I was politely greeted by a young woman when I first entered. The other locations never greet me when I enter. Our order was perfectly made. The subs weren't sloppy and floppy. The salad was amazing! It tasted really good and was very nice looking in it's container. Overall I am extremely pleased with the Subway in Mentone, IN.
Very friendly employees who were efficient in making our 6" subs.We ate there, & the dining room was clean & comfortable. The A/C felt really good. The Ladies Room was clean & there was hot water to wash hands & Paper towels to dry off.
