Come here if you want freezer burned ice cream. Terrible service as well. $8 for some awful ice cream. I didn’t know getting ice cream could piss me off so much.

We’re on a vacation and we stopped in this Baskin-Robbins to get the kid’s a cool treat.They didn’t have more then half the things we wanted.I decided to get a Cappuccino Blast.On the pitcher it shows Carmel and fudge so I thought that was what I was paying for.When I received my cappuccino it didn’t have the Carmel or fudge on the top.When I asked the guy to add it he told me he would be charging me for it.What did I just pay 10$ for?What I got didn’t look nothing like what was advertised.I wasn’t happy with this visit!!

We went to the baskin Robbin’s in Michigan city after dinner and the staff was so sweet! Our toddler was being a toddler and instead of being irritated or making us feel unwelcome they did exactly the opposite of that clapping for her and laughing at her being silly! Such a great experience and great ice cream! 🍦

I called to order a cake and the man on the phone with me asked if I’d order online. I said if I wanted to order online I wouldn’t have called. I hung up and ordered online. ?. When I picked up the cake I went into the shop. I was asked to wait because the drive through was very busy. I waited at least 10 minutes for them to hand me the cake I had prepaid for. That’s the last time I will buy anything there.

Sad that they couldn’t make a non dairy milkshake because of allergies. Doesn’t make sense because lots of their icecream has nuts in it but can’t use almond milk in the blender? The math is not mathin

Paid $8.01 for a medium strawberry shake. Had the same taste and consistency of an ice cold strawberry Nesquik. Never even found a strawberry seed. I guess I now know how to make a gallon of my own at home for the same price. Sad, I remember them being thick and delicious with pieces of sweet strawberries.

6:15 on a Thursday night no sign stating the hours on the front of the building I called inside the answered I asked why they were closed very snottily the guy answered me well we've only got three people working so the front isn't open I said well don't you think it'd be polite to put a sign up that says the dining room is closed and only the drive-thru is open and he said no so obviously he doesn't own the place and could care less about the revenue for his employer typical America these days lazy people!
