We went to the baskin Robbin’s in Michigan city after dinner and the staff was so sweet! Our toddler was being a toddler and instead of being irritated or making us feel unwelcome they did exactly the opposite of that clapping for her and laughing at her being silly! Such a great experience and great ice cream! 🍦

Manager and staff were extremely warm and welcoming, which I've come not to expect of many franchise eateries, these days. We visited on vacation, but if we lived nearby, we would be "very regulars" at this family-owned-and-operated establishment! Just really nice people!

Megan is the best employee ever! Her customer service was PHENOMENAL wish they could clone her! They were very busy and the line was long but she handled it amazingly. Got everyone out the door quickly.
