The pretzels are wonderful! However I got here at about 9:50 and sat outside and I didn't see of hear any workers till after 10 when they were supposed to already be open. I watched 3 parties walk up the the door to go in and they were locked and the open sign was off. I could hear and see staff setting up and goofing off from in front of the store but the doors didn't get unlocked till 10:43. If you're planning a snack before you start your shopping I recommend Starbucks or another vendor that opens when they say they do.

Oh boy Yum Yum Yum. If you are a fan of pretzels, pretzel bites, pretzel dogs, then you should stop here. After you get your order, they also have seasonings that you could add at the side counter by the Pop station. My husband left the garlic seasoning he sent me the pretzels taste great. Very nice and clean inside. Very nice staff

I went yesterday and ask for unsalted bites I got them fresh but only thing hair was baked in it the lady only offered to give me a pretzel while waiting but never offered my money back I took a hot dog pretzel which I took instead but couldn't ear it after seeing the hair....1st and last experience with this place

This is actually 0 stars. Pretzel was decent. Service was beyond awful. Jumbo pretzels were not ready so the shop keeper pushed the stale buggy bites. Seems annoyed we wanted to wait for the jumbos "in the oven" gave us a number said they would call our number but never. Saw them take pretzels out the oven and none of the 5 employees just standing around called or plated the order it wasn't until I notice someone walk in and buy a jumbo pretzel and walk out with it that I knew they were ready so I went up and asked for my pretzel and got it but didnt get an apology or anything else. Avoid.

We got the #2 Jumbo Pretzels and Dip Meal Deal. Two pretzels and drinks for $10.99. I think we got charged for one of the drinks but I didn't fuss. On any trip to Lighthouse outlet mall, I like to stop here for a pretzel mid morning to carb load for the final surge of shopping. I felt kinda bloated after eating the giant pretzel but the feeling soon passed. They have 10-12 different pretzel dips, savory or sweet, lots of choices.
