I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line and will never return. There was no reason for it to take that long to make 2 coffees and I saw the 2 cars in front of me order 1 drink each! Pitiful customer service. I will remain loyal to Dunkin'

It was so disappointing. $14 and it was like drinking dirty water. They said there was butterscotch in it. Caramel butterscotch. I couldn't taste it. It wasn't mixed up at all. Very sad. Was looking forward to it.

I love biggby. I come her often but this was my first time coming inside, I talked to Cailyn while I was there, she is so nice and very pretty great customer service from her! She makes my coffee the best!! Unfortunately the other baristas don’t seem to know what their doing.

I've been a Biggby fan for a long time now and, although I've never had a terrible experience, this one is consistently the best in my opinion. Every time I've ever gotten a drink here, it's been *chef's kiss*. This location has a killer staff and I'm thankful that we have them to visit!

Service was terrible. Dining room was filthy. When I walked in the barista was cackling. She didn't know the current ad on the door walking in. Barista didn't know how to use the credit swipe. 15 dollars for 2 cups of coffee. I won't be coming back ever. Close the dump down. There isn't a zero rate. That's mine. MANAGER WAKE UP NOT WOKE

No complaints on 2 coffees I purchased,but girl that worked drive thru Sat.Sept.16th dropped a quarter out drive thru fell under car and my disabled self can't bend under stuff anymore. Glad it wasn't paper money. I could have been out a$10.

Stopped on the way out of town for coffee & a bagel. Got a Pumpkin Spice coffee & Americano. The coffee is always delicious. The girls behind the counter were very sweet & welcoming. I feel it's rare these days to go somewhere & get such good customer service. What a nice way to start our road trip home!
