Nobody answered the speaker after me and the guy in the other lane sat for 5 minutes. Went inside to try and get service and nobody came to the counter for another 5 minutes. We went to Wendy’s. Ordered and had our food and was leaving in less than 5 minutes. This booger king is garbage. Don’t waste your time.

True Facts

I work with mentally challenged individuals and one of my clients used a gift card threw the drive threw it ended up having only 47 cents on it. The rude worker in the drive threw got the manager and said they can't do anything and threw away the gift card. Ok it was only 47 cents but it wasn't yours. You should have returned the card and they could of used it later to get that off. I'm sick and tired of having problems at this burgerking. We will not be returning

They have no biscuits and gravy. Normally burger King biscuits and gravy are the best in fast food. There is none to be found here. I thought all burger kings had it, not up north. Other wise i don't cate for fast food breakfast. La Porte burger King starts serving lunch at 9:30. This one is supposed to start at 1030 however they never start on time. They refuse to serve anything but nasty breakfast when I'm craving a whopper. I just don't understand why it's not an issue in LA Porte but is here.

Every time I go here the mess up my order. I ask for no pickles or lettuce on a burger and they screw it up. Ask for a Plain double cheese burger and they put everything on it.

I haven't had a single issue here in atleast 5 years. Food always correct, employees always nice, wait never long. We're lucky here in whiting... I've been to some BKs that'll have YOU THEIR way. Orders never right, or cold, or suspicious af... long waits, attitudes. I'm good with this BK... We're ok.

I was in the drive thru and then when I was next, they said please wait a moment. It was sooo long!! Like 15+ minutes and I was the only one here MCDONALD'S IS BETTER

We made an online order because this particular store advertises that it's drive thru is open until 3:00 a.m. their system accepted our order and charged us at about 11:45 p.m. When we arrived to pick up our order (at about 12:10), the attendants working there cailmed their "system" was "wet" and they were unable to take orders at that time. When we explained that we had already placed an online order that was accepted and then charged to our account, the attendant only said we needed to try and get a refund through their website... ummmm, wtf happen to customer service?? I started working for McDonald's when I was 14 y.o. over 25 years ago. Had that ever come out of my mouth to any customer, I would have been fired on the spot. Kinda hard to establish an epic/good type of work ethic when you literally stop working 2 to 3 hours prior to when you should, tell people it's because your system was "wet" (being in the north western portion of Indiana, when isn't it "wet") and then refusing to acknowledge the fact someone placed an order, was charged for said order and you refused to do you job instead upholding your commitment... for what??? Just getting paid to not work your hours as you should? I hope this post gets to your managers as they ought to know that they and your management company is wasting its time, money, and effort on a store that obviously is committed to fail and totally fail its customers!
