If I could give zero stars I would! The manager on duty tonight was very much rude because they served twice dropped fries, and stale soggy onion rings, and cold chicken sandwiches! I could see if they were busy, but they weren’t! Imagine the manager being rude with you and still replace your order wrong!!

Came to Have Lunch With My Family In Town Visiting from Atlanta , Yesterday I Was greeted with a nasty welcome from one of the managers , But also, while I was there I witnessed a manager, giving free food to an employee family members. The little girl was also even brought behind the counter in the kitchen doing service hours to give another manager a hug while working. I came Back again today , Was not looking for no discount because the money good , But because I was giving a five dollar discount from my sister employee meal discount, The big manager caught himself coming to the front to Address the issue because I was asking for fresh food . How about you address the issue to everyone in your establishment So that you would never have these issues again. Coach your managers on Excellent customer service, Which is having them treat people how they will want to be treated in a fast food Establishment That they do not work at but visit .

I normally don't like bk, and my BK in portage and Hobart are horrible, but when I was here in Michigan City, this BK looka like a modern restaurant inside, and is super spacious. Nice friendly service and my food was made to order and was delicious.
