Great beers! Alyssa was a great server. Very friendly and attentive. We tried the catfish bites (absolutely outstanding!!) and a couple beers when passing through. Highly recommend.

This place is unique ..... yes, probably the only restaurant on earth that serves ribs in a soup bowl !!!!!
Beside of that, the meat was good, the puree average, but the red cabbage ..... 1/2 cooked and unbeatable (mightbe good if you bring your rabbit with you).
Now luckily the table next to us had the to go boxes on it, so we could grab an aluminum plate to transfer our food and eat normally.
This place is pretty noisy too, and above that they increased their psychedelic music level (6:40pm) to a point that we couldn't even hold a conversation.
I know it's not easy to run a food business, we owned one (rated #1 in indiana and #14 nationwide), but the owners of this place would be better to sit once a week on a table and order as average customer, they would for sure, discover that the dog food they serve need A LOT of attention.
This place has everything to be a winner, they only don't know (or don't care) how to put it together.
Service was also on the poor side and beer, hummmmm no comment.
Anyway $67 for uncooked cabbage in a soup dish ...... waaaaaaw.
Will I return there, fore sure not.
Now the owner can add comments to my review, but that will not chage anything.
First thing to do ... eat your own (dog)food and fire the chef.

The ‘what the cluck?’ and ‘andouille po boy’ were both delicious! The catfish nugz were super soft and tasty too. A little salty after eating a couple of ‘em though.
I personally would come back here to have the ‘what the cluck’ bao burger and nugz again.
We also tried out some of the seasonal ciders. My favorite was the apple caramel cider. After trying some ciders, we traveled to Valparaiso and visited Misbeehavin’ Meads to purchase a couple drinks for friends and family.
I would come back again.

Stopped into the new Burn Em location and was quite skeptical due to some previous reviews about the service. I had stopped into the previous location a couple of times (I live west of Chicago, so it's a hike), so I had been hoping for something similar. Thankfully I encountered that and then some. The service was excellent, beer was just as I remembered, if not better, and the food was amazing. I would definitely not come back again, hopefully soon!

Been a fan of Burn 'Em beer for quite a few years. Was very excited to stop in and finally found time to do so. Absolutely, everything we tried was fantastic. When in with family and we shared a bite of each dish. Both the fish platter and the blacken catfish sandwich were fantastic. My brother got the chili cheese etoufee, and he loved it. Everything was well seasoned and super balanced. Beer is ever rotating, experimental and delicious. Planning the next visit already because we didn't try any of the small plates or burgers just yet.
