My server Nakyma is always so friendly and efficient. Very well run Chilis. I always see the manager out and about helping with making sure everything goes smoothly. The three for me is a great deal and you won’t leave hungry. My steak was cooked perfectly tonight. Best chain restaurant in Michigan City for value service and consistency.

I ordered a Presidente margarita and I watched her poor half shot of liquor and another half shot of liquor and she gave me about a pound of ice. Everything inside of me wanted to complain, but I just thought don’t come back. 12 dollars for 1 shot of alcohol. 3:29 on Nov 23
We stopped in for a few drinks and apps and were absolutely blown away by how fantastic the service was. Our waitress was great and did an awesome job checking in on us and the manager was extremely friendly and stopped at our table twice to make sure everything was good. Honestly some of the best service we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time and the food was great too!

My sister & I had lunch in your restaurant today. Our waitress was Eternity, she told us she had only been working at Chili's for less than 2 weeks. You better hold on to that girl. We had a small problem with our drinks which was not her fault. She handled it very professional. She was just adorable and really a great server.
