If I could give zero stars I would. Recently moved to the area and have ordered delivery through the Chipotle app three times. First order was a burrito, I received a bowl that was just rice and beans eventhough the literal sticker on the lid clearly stated my burrito order, it was laughable. Second order had missing items that I had to spend 20 minutes calling a corporate number to get a refund for since you are unable to speak to anyone at the store location. Third delivery I ordered dinner for one and ended up receiving the wrong order that was dinner for five. I called the driver immediately and they advised that they knew they messed up and would redeliver the correct order. 30 minutes later no food and ignoring texts. I decided to physically go to the store with the wrong order and gave it to them asking if they could remake my dinner for one. They acknowledged that they knew my order had been mixed up but would not remake my order even after I returned the significantly larger order. The girl who I assume was the manager was extremely rude and condescendingly told me to take it up with corporate. I left with no food. I spent about 30 minutes waiting to get a live agent on the chat bot who advised they would not offer me a refund. Needless to say, I will never visit or order from this location ever again. 0 out of 0, do NOT recommend.

This place has a odd feeling. I came in 10:45am just when they open. Saw 5-6 workers casually preparing food for the day. They casually work, socialize with each other and at times look at me. About a min later a person told me they don’t have way of getting money. Guess the register is down. I said ok can I order online. She said yes. I try to order online but for some reason I wasn’t able to. About 11am a couple came in they went inline to order. I saw the worker making the couples order so I assume the register is back up. I went inline. First he made the gentlemen order then afterward the lady. This worker (white male with tattoo on his neck) was making a bowl for this lady. He was double scoop or 1 1/2 scoop everything for this lady. He was hooking her up. When it was my turn it was one scoop or 3/4 of scoop. For topping I name all the topping then I went to the cashier. He told the cashier what I got. I saw the price for a chicken bowl was almost $13. I told the cashier what I get. She say queso. I said I didn’t ask for queso. The worker that made my bowl told her I got queso. Cashier move the price of queso out. I ate the bowl and there wasn’t No queso in it. Don’t know why the worker charge me for queso when I didn’t ask for it and he didn’t even put queso in it. Weird experience. People here look miserable, place isn’t clean
The only Chipotle I’ve been to that gets orders wrong more than they get them right.
To the extent that tonight they sent me a bowl missing medium salsa, a plastic Coke Zero instead of a Mexican Coke, and two taco-size tortillas instead of the 65¢ each burrito tortillas. On top they, as they literally always do, omitted my requested utensils. Despite this all I wanted was my coupon back for the free drink they didn’t send, which was itself a replacement coupon for the last order where they just gave me no drink instead of a Coke. Well that was too much to ask for apparently because their support chat told me I’ve had too many issues with Chipotle and won’t be offered refunds anymore. Then they closed the chat, deleted the messages, and skipped past the “rate my chat” window. I feel very supported!
If you don’t have something don’t sell it. If you take my money and don’t give me what I paid for I’m not sure it’s legal to just say “no” when you ask for your money back. Shameful practice and as a frequent Chipotle customer for over a decade this is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited / ordered from. They just don’t care if your order is right and their corporate support has gone from the best in the industry (when even some small issue easily resolved would be accompanied with an apology letter and coupons for free entrees) to bot-driven broken trash and hard to understand agents who you have to basically take a course on navigating chat bots to access.
I blame this Chipotle in particular for making me start to truly hate one of my favorite quick dinner options with such a lively passion but the franchise as a whole has gone terribly downhill in recent years. I’d rather at this point eat cold, damp, leftover Taco Bell than give these scam artists another dime.
This place is run down now. Used to be really good with the old manager who seems to not be there. Won't be back. Food was not too great. There was even pieces of steak in the queso on table, when I was looking at the food to see what I wanted. Place was just dirty, drinks were horribly diluted and service was not great, almost like we were all an inconvenience? There was nobody at the counter when I arrived and had a line built up behind myself. This place needs new management. Not happy at all. Used to go here all the time when I was in college.

We just left here, service was ok, restaurant was dirty, n all 3 of the workes were in thier phones, after they helped thr customers, seems that is more important then cleaning the restaurant! Plus the lady ringing us up, put it in a to go back n she didn't ask if it was here or to go, she took it out n slammed the bag in the trash, very rude! We will not be back!

Just driving thru town and always love getting chipotle on the road. First time to this location. The girl with the two star tattoos should have 5 stars to reflect her customer service, and friendly attitude while working. The whole crew seemed to vibe. Was greeted and served by Ahna I think based on the ticket. Food was great. Everything was cooked perfectly. Good music playing in the background.

We eat at Chipotle all the time. We travel and have prob eaten at 50 of them. This was the most disgusting one I have ever seen. I never complain and type of reviews. This one is really bad.
