Horrible Horrible service, 6/11/2025 Came through the drive thru and at both the one taking my order in person then the one handing me my drink. Never have I been so disappointed. Shame on you. I use to brag about you all.

Horrible! Thought we would stop in for some Ice cream on our way home from Chicago. We waited 30 minutes, our ice cream was melted, and the order was wrong. After the second time of asking a server where our order was, he handed me an order, and I explained it was wrong and melted. He said it was correct. We witnessed 4 other people state their order was wrong and ice cream was melted. A lady ahead of us ordered a sunday, and when she was handed a concrete mixer, she explained it was wrong, and the staff told her it was right. The manager stood with her back to the counter the entire time.
Sent a message to corporate and was told to stop back in and tell the staff we get two free items and they will honor our word (I have my doubtson tjat). I will not return!

Do not order online for curbside. We have several times and they do not bring it out. One time we waited over 20 minutes past they time they said it would be ready for them ton bring it out. We go inside and the order is just sitting there. Why offer something if they don't follow through. Ordered again recently, we were 10 minutes early, marked we were there. Waited 10 minutes and still nothing we go in and it's not ready. Go back out to the car and wait another 10 minutes which is now 10 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. We go in and ask for it and they say it's not ready and I told them we had been waiting 20 minutes at this point and asked how much longer is it going to be. She said I don't know it's gonna be awhile. I asked if they actually ever bring things out for curbside and they wouldn't answer just laughed the question off. We decided to just wait inside at this point, and had to wait over 5 more minutes. Every time I've been to this location it is always bad service.

If there is no water in bathrooms to wash hands, then how are employees washing hands? The employees said: ya, it's been doing that.

Both MC and LP locations are great! I haven't had a bad visit. It's always fresh to order and is better than most fast food places. I love their shakes and kids meal program when you get free scoopies on the side of the bag. I love the spicy cirspy chicken sandwich, strips, and burgers. Ask for fries that are extra crispy! They are the best! I love the strawberry field salad in the summer. Fish dinner never has let me down. They have the best coleslaw! Get a peanut butter chocolate shake with marshmallow. It's so delicious! Always donate your receipt to their fundraisers!

I am writing this review to inform management that the water pressure and temperature are substandard in both the mens room and one of the taps in the women’s. Do something about it, it’s been 3 months since my last visit and it’s still this way. This is a health code issue.
In general Culver’s is probably the most amazing midwestern fast food gem, almost all the food is great here and served at a competitive price. We are talking better than Inn and Out! This culvers is average.

Culver’s is the most expensive fast food around. There is always a long wait in the drive thru, but the food is typically good. I was so disappointed tonight! If restaurants are out of something, just say it! I ordered a mini mixer with brownie pieces. The brownie was so STALE it was just gross! My grilled chicken sandwich had no lettuce and the tomato on it had a weird taste. I paid $20 and some change, for a dinner I threw the majority of in the garbage.
