Hamburger was cold, fries were cold, and my blizzard was melted. I felt bad the next day. My stomach hurt.

Waited for almost 5 minutes before being acknowledged then when I was able to order waited 30 minutes for my food and watch 5 people who walked in after me get theirs finally complained about not receiving it yet only to find out it was just sitting on a counter in the back and when they brought it to my table it was cold! Will NEVER eat at this dairy queen AGAIN!!!!!!

Ordered the new hot sandwich for myself and the bacon two cheese burger for my 90 year old grandmother they both came hot grandma literally choked on her food hot sauce on both burgers!! Smh!!! Literally tried to unalive my grandmother and no one is picking up the phone I’m gonna take grandma to the er and make a police report this is crazy

The staff is very rude garbage all over the floor wet spills everywhere disgusting and disappointed clean up please train your employees better they have no respect

I have been here several times, the food is good and the service is good and I can't believe they can put out a $7 dollar meal consisting of a fully loaded cheese burger with cheese tomato pickles and more, a 16 once soft drink that can also be refilled, fries, and a small Sunday with your choice of toppings, wow I think that is a good deal, count me in for more please

The service was very poor in MICHIGAN CITY INDIANA. the lady that took my order started to prepare it then set it to the side to take care of customers as they came in. Never did finish my 2 banana splits after about 30 minutes of waiting. I asked her to finish my order before she took care of anymore of her friends but she ignored me and got on her phone instead, so I asked her again to finish my banana splits and get off her phone and she Ignored me again and then I asked for my money back . She needs to be reprimanded and or fired. Very bad for business.

The chicken tenders are so tiny. The fries were ok. The food was hot, though. The restaurant itself looked dirty. We planned on eating inside but ate in the car instead. Tables were filthy
