Been going here for 8 years. But that just ended today. We used to buy all our birthday cakes here dilly bars everything. But I went there today and drove up to the intercom and the service was horrible. The cashier at the window expected me to know what the total was at the window. I'm supposed too read her mind I guess. But never told me my total till I got to the window and gave me her attitude. Then I call and speak with the manager she's just as rude as the cashier. So now I'm apparently banned I will be contacting corporate or reaching out to the owner. 8 years of service now this? That's fine dairy queen is not the only place we can get shakes at.

Ordered a Dirt Pie blizzard, along with 2 other blizzards and food. The Dirt Pie blizzard was rung up as "Mud Fudge", whatever that is -- had a bunch of nuts in it and was horrible. Tried calling twice but no answer. Went back and was told they don't have the Dirt Pie blizzard any more. Okay, so you give me some random blizzard that isn't nearly the same? Had to waste my time going back when they don't even have it anymore and don't answer their phones.
