Awesome I was left n cold all night last winter was walking with cane they let me in made me sum pizza I paid charged phone n got full so did phone...thanx Dominoes !!!!
A restaurant is supposed to be a place of hospitality. The staff here act like customers aren’t worth acknowledging and that their presence is barely tolerated. My most recent experience here left me feeling disrespected and violated—I wasn’t even spoken to when I picked up my order and completed my transaction. With the staff refusing to engage with me at even the most basic level, it turns what is supposed to be a happy social exchange into something cold and mechanical.
I have always really loved Dominos and I think the food is good, but this type of service is just unacceptable, hurtful and needs to be corrected.

Ordered for pick up. It said it'd be about 20 minutes. Showed up. Waited over an hour. They handed me part of my order. I asked where the other pizza is. They said they'd put it in because they forgot. A while later I ask about it again. They still hasn't put in the pizza they forgot. They comped my order but we were still missing food so not really helpful at all.

They delivered to the wrong address. I called it in and they told me that they were going to send another order out and give me a refund and that the order would take 30 to 35 minutes. I called about an hour later and they proceeded to tell me I don’t get my order no more just refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I got a free pizza so I could only order it to be delivered. The crust wasn't well done, as I had ordered and they completely forgot my garlic butters. Then they couldn't credit my debit card, all they could do was offer in store credit. Don't think I'll be ordering delivery from here again.
