Order a simple cold brew with cold foam and got a cold brew with canned whipped topping. When he handed it to me I asked, is that whipped cream m? And he said no it's cold foam. Sorry only canned whipped cream does this is coffee. Don't waste your money on fake crap there.

I ordered the 6-dollar combo pictured as a bagel sandwich, hash browns, and coffee. She refused to give me the sandwich on the bagel. All of the food was old and cold. I threw out the stale hash browns for the birds to eat. The coffee was the only decent item received. Just go to Starbucks.

I have two on service because she was impatient. You do not have donuts listed on the outdoor menu. So we asked what was left? She was irritated and said basically what we normally have. Ok do you have jelly sticks? No…she never did tell us a single type of donuts that was there.

I LOVE THIS DUNKIN DONUTS BEST DUNKIN DONUTS THEY TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT AND THE OWNER IS AMAZING AND VERY KIND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COFFEE IS GREAT 😊 TASTING SOMETIMES IT TAKES ME LONGER TO ORDER BECAUSE I FORGET ABOUT WHAT DRINK I DECIDE TO ORDER AND MY MEMORY IS SO TERRIBLE BUT THEY HAVE SO many great options to choose from like a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar and options like refreshers strawberry best flavor hands 🙌 down I love this Dunkin’ Donuts they accommodate everyone and do deserve a raise

Absolutely love this Dunkin it is only drive through but the workers are so friendly, they are quick and kind vs the other Dunkin on Franklin were they are rushing you to order even when it is not busy and at times doesn’t get the complete order
They smashed all my donuts in bag. All had attitudes and didn't even let me finish talking and just made coffee before I could even ask for a flavor. Unreal worse customer service in my life. Will not go back there since none of them want to even work or talk to customers right. Hasbrowns and sandwich were so cold couldn't even eat.

Would have been nice if the donut I ordered actually had the filling in it that I ordered. Guy at the window handling my food and money had the most disgusting long dirty nails. Clip and clean them if you are handling food to be served to customers. Yuck!
