Absolutely love this Dunkin it is only drive through but the workers are so friendly, they are quick and kind vs the other Dunkin on Franklin were they are rushing you to order even when it is not busy and at times doesn’t get the complete order

They smashed all my donuts in bag. All had attitudes and didn't even let me finish talking and just made coffee before I could even ask for a flavor. Unreal worse customer service in my life. Will not go back there since none of them want to even work or talk to customers right. Hasbrowns and sandwich were so cold couldn't even eat.

Do not waste your money here, people. The customer service and attention to detail is failing at best so if you think that they’re washing their hands in addition to everything else you’re probably wrong! I highly doubt it. Rude people who don’t know how to run a food service business.

Would have been nice if the donut I ordered actually had the filling in it that I ordered. Guy at the window handling my food and money had the most disgusting long dirty nails. Clip and clean them if you are handling food to be served to customers. Yuck!

I always go to this store. The food IS ALWAYS COLD. Then when u ask them to warm it again they talk in their language and say it’s not cold. When literally the sandwich is cold to the touch. I will NEVER buy food from them again. Coffee is ok most days.

At 7:33 on Monday 7/22/24 I ordered a large black iced coffee. I paid cash of 4.27. Then I looked and my debit card was also charged 4.27. When I called to get this rectified #1 I could not understand what the person was saying to me. #2 he was very rude and said that didn’t happen.
This is legitimately one of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to and I travel around a lot.. I love the employees and their donuts are always fresh.

Michigan Blvd location is the bomb, with one exception. Monday night 7/24/24, Sam was not there to wait on us and he needs to be back there on Mondays. Other 2 guys not good, Sam is very good! Bring him back.

The management there is absolute trash! Even if this one is out of the way, at least they’re courteous, kind and never mess up our orders! ?
