The only thing good about this place is the morning shift lead! The customer service sucks, the manager is very rude and I don’t know if it’s a culture thing, but every time I go to this establishment the coffees are never right! Then the RUDE MANAGER AND HER RUDE BOY BARISTA HAS THE AUDACITY TO WANT TO ARGUE!!!..Well I had time today! The Boulevard location would NEVER! Do better from management to staff!!

I hate to edit my post but this location has gone down hill. My drink order is almost never right now, but yesterday it was disgusting. Tasted like watered down coffee and sadness. For a drink that costs 7$ this is absolutely unacceptable. They need to get people in there that know how to make drinks.

My daughter went there today to get coffee for herself and my family and they messed up my order so she went inside instead of waiting in the drive thru and they were rude to her even though she had proof that she paid for it. To top it off her boyfriend is diabetic and they put sugar in his drink when there wasn't supposed to be any. This isn't the first time you guys have messed up orders do better.

ordered a coffee online to swing by and pick up. while it was done when i got there and the lady who gave it to me was very nice, the drink is absolutely foul.
there is obviously an ingredient in the drink that has gone bad and i can’t stand more than 2 sips. not to mention the skyrocketing prices, doesn’t feel good to spend $7 on a drink from a CHAIN coffee place that i can’t begin to finish.

This is the worst Dunkin Doughnuts in Michigan City Indiana they need new employees and owners truly disrespectful or maybe it's my skin color this establishment isn't like Portage, In,Schererville, Hammond or Hobart indiana. if you have customers in drive through or inside establishment help others get orders finished Damn

BEST DUNKIN DONUTS OUT THERE IN NORTHWEST INDIANA Lisa is amazing best employee very calm and friendly I would always come to make everyone’s day with a smile I love Dunkin I have autism and anxiety and she was the best worker to put a smile on my face congrats to Lisa and all the other workers I love the environment I spend like 130$ a month at Dunkin it’s my favorite restraunts but I’m making my own coffees at home to save some money and sometimes I have trouble remembering things when ordering there’s nothing wrong with that everyone is different and beautiful and unique in their own way the owner is actually a great guy some people understand you and some don’t

Customer service to customer service this is the only place I go out to get coffee. I literally drive from by the tracks on 11th which is closer to the Blvd location. Saved up my points to get a free drink. Ordered a drink specifically mentioned as a qualifying item to redeem the reward. Drive through service was some of the worst I’ve ever received. I was gaslit into being told my reward had already been redeemed when I had literally claimed it 2 minutes prior to using. Was told my drink did not qualify even though I ordered verbatim what was listed as an option on the reward. No emotion or care from any of the staff. No desire to help or figure out the issue. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal Dunkin customer for over a decade and have never experienced such a poor attitude from the staff.
