They gave me day old donuts when i was asked for a assortment. I said kinda, i thought i would get to pick like any other donut place. Next thing i knew i was handed a vox of donuts... I was stunned but went along with it. I took them to work and had one and they were old... Old old like they could have found in WW1 old. I will never be back
About 2 years ago, I gave a 1 star review because unfortunately, the remodel forced a lot of great employees out. I need to revise my review because the experience has been stellar. My order is never wrong anymore. The workers are friendly and know me by name. The coffee tastes great and service is always fast. They have come a long way to be great again.
The new manager Lisa has completely turned around this location. She is on top of everything I’ve been in 10 times or more in the last few months and she always makes sure my order is made correctly, consistently, and my preferences are met. This store used to be absolute chaos at best and you’d get a $7 chocolate milk instead of a mocha cappuccino blast. Now I’ve yet to get one that wasn’t exactly how they’re supposed to be made. She deserves recognition for what she’s done to turn this place around.

Out of state traveler review! The staff here is by far the most friendly in the country. Yes, in the country. I even told my husband that I wish this staff was in our hometown. If there is any language barrier, learn from each other to understand what each means, not just in this restaurant, but anywhere you go.The donut selection was slim, but even so, you'll have your basic selection. I assume it's due to the fact that it also has a Baskin-Robbins inside as well.

Happy hour ice coffee always have to much water an people are always messing up the orders I mean damn I come like every other damn day and they can't follow a simple order 5 liquid sugar, and every damn time they fill my cup with regular raw sugar, I'm so over this crap it's simple people why must I pay so much for yall to mess up every damn time
