This was our first time getting food from here and it was amazing! Some of the best tamales i’ve ever had. the service was great, the ladies were super friendly, good prices, the atmosphere was so nice, would definitely recommend and get again.

Restaurant is dirty and the woman with blonde hair said we smelled like engine oil. This restaurant is what smells. There was also not a single person in there, and it just looks very unkempt. We didn't appreciate the comment made by the server. She also bought the bill before we even asked for it, the quesadilla was OK. It was way overpriced though, the horchata we ordered was $7 for each one where other places charge $3 or less. Don't come here there is better mexican restaurants close by.

I must say that this little restaurant was a lovely surprise. From the outside it didn't seem like much, but the food and service were wonderful! Everything tasted fresh and delicious ? and the portions were huge! The restaurant is a little small but if you don't have too big of a group then it's a great place to enjoy some mexican food.

I have visited that place twice, the truth is that the food is not worth it, but it is Indiana, there are not many options for good Mexican food.

stopped by randomly with one other, margaritas were super cheap, delicious, and boozy. very good value there. i got the pork enchilads with red sauce and my guest got the chori-pollo. we were astounded by the flavor and value el cajete offers. the waiter was kind, informative and helpful, tending to us and many others very efficiently. we will certainly be back to see what else they have to offer
