I love this location, fast, friendly staff. I live by the Munster location, but have a customer in Michigan City, so once a month we eat here. I had an incident were I had to put my teeth in the shop, so I got a large fry. OMG, the amount of fries they have me made me forget an how mad I was I couldn't get a burger. I'm new to Indiana, relocated to Indiana for work reasons. I'm sold, I even turned my wife and grandkids on to 5 guys, they love it to, my 7 year old daughter wants their fries everyday 😂. I give it 5 thumbs up, see y'all next month for my double bacon burger 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

A SPECIAL POWER
I always come here to eat after going to the theater for a movie. The staff are always wonderful, my son has celiac so he gets his burgers lettuce wrapped and they always take extra precautions, and the strawberry shake is always delicious. Love this location and the free peanuts as an appetizer!

The crew at this location were very warm and friendly. They were very patient with every customer and when not preparing food they were busy cleaning up.

Ordered a cheeseburger with everything. When I would take a bite of it, the patties would slip out the back. The buns did not hold up - they were flat as pancakes and soggy from the condiments. The cheeseburger was a total mess. So bad that I had to eat the last half of it with a knife and fork. Will never order from here again.
I gave you another try, yesterday (6/22/25). Same mess. Plus, very unfriendly staff! Plus, the Owners response meant nothing to me. No compensation!?!
I'm done with Five Guys!
