You know what, the food is good I'll give them that.

I've eaten in, I've also ordered out quite a bit.

When eating in, the service is the worst, last time I ate in I swear they had children running the place.

My biggest bone to pick is the fact that I order from here often, delivery. But I don't always have it sent to my home, and I'm really sick and tired of eating these beans and rice with my hands because you don't throw in the plasticware as requested. Ever. They never do. We're not in India, we're not cavemen, I'm pretty certain you have bountiful plasticware.

Like why on earth would you even have that box available to be checked on DoorDash if you will never provide it.

I'm pretty confident most people don't carry a fork with them while they're out and about.

We went for mexican food for dinner on family vacation in michigan city and this is not mexican food more of america style with high price. Its more for bar type drink hangout

Outside looked awesome. Good Mexican decor inside. Tile floors make the carts they use to clear tables very noisy. The piped music was very loud for my taste. If you want an atmosphere to chat, maybe pick another spot.

Tonight was the worst restaurant experience ever. Our waiter started by barking orders at us. Waited 30 minutes for drinks and chips. Our bar drinks never came had to go get them ourselves. 30 minutes later had to flag him down to take our order. And an hour later being told they had a computer glitch and our order didn't go through. No he never put it in. No refills on drinks or chips and on top of it we had 3 small children. After almost 2 hours manager wanted us to wait even longer so they could get our order put in. Walked out with 10 hungry disappointed people. Do better Hacienda!

We had jalisa as a waitress and it is the best service we have had in a restaurant in over a year!!! We will be back because of her!!!

Queso looked and tasted like they poured it out of a can and salsa tasted like ketchup. Didn't even stay for dinner because that ruined it for us .
