Standard IHOP quality in terms of food. It's not gourmet, but it gets the job done. Server was very friendly. Low rating is due to the quality of the bathroom. All three of the stalls/toliets were covered in urine, feces, or both. Absolutely appalling.

I hadn't been to Ihop in years. My granddaughter wanted to go, and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was still good. The restroom needs some serious updating.

I can't believe how disgusting the ladies bathroom was..... Menstrual blood in one stall and smelled like sewage not only was that gross but seeing a waitress leave without washing her hands was absolutely! Disgusting. Would not recommend this IHOP. Pass!!

The area seemed a little ghetto but nothing to make me feel unsafe or not want to eat here and one of the front doors was completely broken but SUPER SPEEDY SERVICE and great food as always. Would absolutely come back.

Waitstaff very attentive, quite pleasant and checked up on us frequently. Food was spot on,and decent portions too! Everything was clean and tidy,(we came at 10am) will definitely eat here again
Parking: Being handicap sometimes is a problem finding a spot to part but even their regular spots for parking is ample enough to accommodate
My girlfriend and I ordered the Protein Power pancakes and they came out unpalatably sour. I have never been unable to finish a meal from a restaurant because of how it tastes. The only reasonable explanation is spoiled milk, right?? They used to have Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles which were pretty good, but they don't have it on the menu anymore!

Broken front doors, with plywood up over them. Food was decent, although they didn't hold the onions on my order as I had asked.

Ok so we drove all the way from South Holland , Illinois to come to THIS IHop because of the great service we had the last time we dined and had the pumkin pancakes. Today we recieved very poor service. The food was OK minus Flys, but the waitress hovered and rushed us to pay the bill. She stood there waiting for me to finish filling out the receipt. We gave her a $15 tip just to get bad mouth by her saying "she needs to hurry up with writing the tip, and signing the receipt. " she gave us togo containers but we had to ask for a bag to put them in. I've never felt so rushed, and for what? Normally we take the check up when "WE" are ready not when the server is ready.
