The worst KFC I've ever been to. Broken window on door, water on the floor..No one at the counter..after 10 minutes they come out from back. No chicken! Long wait, terrible greasy quality. DO NOT GO THERE!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

They seem to always be out of things. The drive-thru is busted there's no light so if you go there in the dark, don't expect to see the menu. The food quality is okay or just bad chunky chewy chicken over crispy petrified fries. The KFC in Michigan city is bad avoid if possible

I ordered a chicken sandwich this is what I got went back into the store was told they was out of the chicken breast and corporate tells us to use chicken tenders it’s the same as a chicken breast I as why wasn’t this sailed to me when I picked it up Never answered the question the so called supervisor walked off and didn’t offer any other alternatives they refused to give me their names very rude and unprofessional

I go into kfc about everyday and see the same people so I understand that they are very short staffed and they still are very nice and understanding and get the food done and still is very delicious and hot I would just say be nice and understanding to them bc you don’t know what they go through working in FAST FOOD and still have a nice demeanor about them so that right there I will give kfc a nice 5 star review I always go through 11 to 5 always so nice ?

my grandpa always loved kfc, but he hadn’t had it in so long. i went to get him some chicken because its so og, and the staff was super helpful. i’m surprised theyre still running pretty good compared to the other businesses! i came around mid day, and the employees were super nice and well mannered!

Most of the breading on the chicken original recipe was absent. Horrible cooking job, to say the least. The coleslaw was runny and watery. Kernel Sanders is surely looking and shaking his head at that mess!
The manager Breion was excellent!! His staff was amazing. Fresh and delicious food. They had some negative reviews but my family and I decided to try it anyway and we were not disappointed!! Thanks for the great food and service.

I go to this KFC for lunch often. I usually order on the mobile app and it's ready 10-15 minutes after ordering. Great food. If you order in the store or drive-thru it can take quite a while to get your order placed and receive your food. That's why I always use the app.

The chicken was delicious. The WAIT in the drive-thru was LONG...like 30 minutes. I paid for two items that were NOT in the bag when we got home. Very disappointing. The kitchen staff seemed disorganized. I was asked to REPEAT my order at the window and they still got it wrong! ?
