Waited 50 minutes for my food. Tastes great but gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Not worth it. They need to figure out what they're doing because I should not be getting food poisoning when the food costs that much.

An overpriced, rubbery shrimp dinner.... Very skimpy on the portions. Tartar sauce is served, yet it's shrimp. You are asked to tip by the cashier, yet your to go order is served by a robot. There was no other place to eat in the entire casino, which is highly suspect. Nelson's Deli, we miss you!

Probably the worst overall dining experience, including the food, we remember. Ask before you order how long the wait is (you order and pay before sitting at a table). We were told after we sat down there would be a wait, but no indication how long. We had 2 little ones in our party, and the wait ended up being an hour. Food was either luke warm, or cold (entire order of cold fries was uneaten, but didn't feel like waiting any longer). It appeared there was only one server, who was nice, but minimal attention because she was so busy.

Had a Great Stay at the Blue Chip over the weekend, Lakeside I had a salad, great experience, the waitress was very nice, Robot was a plus as well, Recommended for sure.
Had dinner here, the service was slow and horrible. The food was just as bad, save yourself and go outside the casino to eat!

A group of us ate here. It was FANTASTIC! Pot roast is great, prime rib great and turkey great. My compliments to Chef Josh.

Why would a simple cheeseburger cost $19.50? Yes, it did come with waffle fries, which many of us don’t care for at our advanced ages. The carry out was brought out by the robot, still needing an employee to be involved. What is the purpose of this? Ditch the robot, let the employees deliver the food, and decrease the price of the meals with the robot gone. Who dreamt up this one about the robot being involved? Got back to my room. Actually the food was not all that good. Please get back to basics.

I've ate here twice for dinner and breakfast and it was really good. The house salad was delicious and big and the chicken noodle soup was great and the portions size were bigger than what I had anticipated. The breakfast that we had the next morning was perfect for my hungry crew and it was the best comfort food to get our day started. The waitresses were friendly and fast service. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was clean. I love the little robot that helps bring out the plates of food for the waitresses, what a genius idea.

The food itself was very good, however I do not like that all of our courses were brought out together. My salad, bread, dinner, and dessert were brought out at one time and I didn’t have time to enjoy each one or any room on the table for the dishes. I don’t mind ordering at the counter but they should space out how the food is brought to the table.

The food is a bit expensive, but really good. If you don't like the food and price, go for the employees. They are so nice, friendly and helpful!

Ordered breakfast Togo and it came plated the "waitress" goes and brings back Togo boxes and silverware for me to transfer the food myself never offered butter or jelly for the dry toast that was part of the meal wow what a place and almost 40dollars to boot I left a tip before being served or she would have gotten nothing

This place tells you at 3:00 that they only serve dinner. You place an order up front, pay for your food at the cashier, and get your own drink, yet the cashier specifically asks you to tip a "waitress." They charge 2.50 for a to go box. No lemon for iced tea. I paid 25 bucks for spinach lasagna, yet it comes out ice cold with no garlic bread or side. Awful. The person who gives you your food hovers around your table sniffing for a tip for doing nothing.
