Cool little coffee spot. Local is better.

The gentleman who runs the place is delightful. The place sells a variety of flavored coffee and a couple sweet treats but it is first most for roasting and second making coffee. If you want a good cup of basic coffee come here, but they don't do anything fancier. It's small and though not exactly cozy, still a nice place to sit, have a cup of coffee and a donut.

Beans had a strong chemical odor. Perhaps I got a bad batch.

Plenty of selection for teas and coffees! The owner was our barista, and they grind and prepare the beans right there in the same room. Looses one star because they had Fox News on the whole time in the background, even had the sound on. Didn’t help the atmosphere. But otherwise had a nice stop there.

Talk about fresh hot coffee! The flavor is unbeatable and the team is always friendly. Cozy spot to relax and next door to Scartozzi's ~ a fabulous little Italian restaurant/catering place that serves authentic Italian food. Nothing like the feel of hometown ambiance. Try Maple City's Snickerdoodle coffee! It's soooo tasty! I was delighted to discover they sell K-Cups! Excellent variety of coffee served and sold! ☺️☕️☕️☕️

Trust me when I say this, you're unlikely to find coffee beans of this caliber at such an affordable price anywhere else.Maple City Roasters is a rare breed in our locality - they roast their own beans. The significance of freshly roasted beans cannot be overstated. They retain their natural oils which are responsible for the delightful aroma and flavor that coffee lovers crave. The difference between freshly roasted and store-bought beans can be likened to the difference between freshly baked bread and the pre-packaged variety - there's simply no comparison.In addition to their standard offerings, they also have flavored coffees - an absolute treat for the taste buds. You'd be excused for wondering if they add sugars to these because they're that delicious. But rest assured, there are no added sugars, just pure, flavorful coffee. (I had to ask to make sure)The variety here is impressive, with beans sourced from all around the world. Each variety brings its own unique flavor profile to the table, providing a delightful exploration of global coffee tastes. I enjoy the Sumatra Dark Roast myself, but often buy a little of everything and have not bought something I haven't found something to like about yet.The owner of Maple City Roasters is a huge part of why this place is so special. His friendly demeanor and extensive coffee knowledge make each visit a joy. Seeing him behind the counter, I'm always reassured that I'm in good hands. My usual haul? About 10 bags of coffee beans, a testament to the exceptional quality they offer.While I believe you can find their coffee in local Al's supermarkets, I strongly recommend visiting this store yourself. The experience of choosing from their extensive range and the aroma of fresh coffee is not to be missed.In short, Maple City Roasters comes with my highest recommendation. Whether you're a seasoned coffee aficionado or a casual drinker, this place is a must-visit for exceptional, freshly roasted coffee beans.
