So unorganized if I could give them a 0 I would. Don’t come here if you want a simple friggin sandwich 😂I heard them ask are you supposed to be helping them to each other like 5 times and the people up front still didn’t get helped. So ridiculous 😭

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. This is my second time coming here and never again will I come to this McDonalds. First, I would like to point out that I ordered sweet tea. I asked nicely to get sweet tea in my cup and was still given unsweetened tea. I just ended up getting a soda. Secondly, the snack wraps just came out like a couple days ago. The ingredients for them should be fresh, instead I got two snack wraps with SOUR TASTING ranch 🤢🤢🤢. The food is just terrible here. The service sucks. The atmosphere sucks. There were teenage boys running around the McDonalds like they owned the place and causing a ruckus. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.

Mc Donald’s is lucky to get 3 stars from me however I bite into rubbery chicken strip I called today said she would replace it says I’ve called numerous time anyways my brother Seth said the food is sauggy and my sister said her food was also saggy I said the food looks good so i go to take a bite of my chicken strip and it’s rubbery non pull apart like chicken should be pull apart and chewable my chicken strips were not the communication is really disrespectful I loved the food about 4 yrs ago don’t know what happened to this fast food chain I apologize about calling but anytime I get my food nobody will believe when I saw it tastes like it’s soggy limp texture the mc chickens are always luke warm I have nothing else to mention I understand workers get stressed and tired but that’s when they need to switch cook lines with another person who’s willing to cook the food hot and delicious by the way dennys wavy fry’s are so very good very delicious wish it was same here so me Ethan and this is and this is Madison Gaddis we all three hope it’s prevented thank you have a great day wess was my friend who worked there he mentioned the food has also been undercooked multiple times have a great day no worries about it this time next time it happened we will be going to a different mc Donald’s

Get to the first window to pay, he says my order I said yes. He took my card swiped it shoved it back with a death stare and no receipt and shut window fast. Get to next window and the guy there is stating loudly that he is starting to regret being friends with white people shoves my order out and turns around. Wow

This place is crazy these people need to learn how to speak to people we asked the person taking my order if we could have apple slices with our happy meal and she said that’s comes with the meal and we knew that but they usually ask if you want extra fries instead I asked them if they could read our thing back to us because we couldn’t hear he rolled his eyes the next worker was petty nice and had a good attitude the the other people need to get there minds straight
