So I bought a sausage egg McMuffin. The English muffin was raw, not toasted at all. I asked them to please toast it. I wasn't rude just wanted it toasted. But obviously this was a big thing to ask for because they ran it though I don't know how many times and it was black and burnt. So by this time I feel like it's some kind of game with them. I said " it's burnt. I can't eat this". Then the African American crew member tells me " aoh well you said toasted" and I said " Yeah toasted not burnt". So obviously it was a big deal and they were going to show me who is boss. I then asked for my money back frustrated and not want ing to eat burnt ,nasty food. This Mcdonads is a joke. I have gone here several times before church and have waited up to 20 minutes for a simple small order of breakfast items. I won't even come here anymore. I went to corporate about it. So if your owner is not going to address it with me or show the importance of good customer service, I'm going to blast you on every review I possibly can until it changes

It's a typical McDonald's. Sometimes good food sometimes you get old food best to make a grill order just to be safe but even then they have learned how to make bad grill orders

The food tastes like any other McDonald's and the food is usually fine. The service and the attitudes is where I draw the line. I am a very nice person I'm always very nice but I'm sorry I get irritated when I wait 15 minutes for one large fry and I think that's valid. Try asking an associate nicely if there's an update on your order status and they'll absolutely lose it. There's this one bloke with long blonde hair and glasses who just has the worst attitude I've ever seen. And then they are known to neglect turning on the heat for the kids Play place. This has been confirmed to me by a manager. I come here multiple times a week and so I feel like I have the right to make this review. There's so much more I could say but I asked management twice tonight if they could actually turn on the heat and the kids play place it is approximately 50 something degrees back here this is ridiculous and nothing has been done. If this wasn't the only McDonald's with a Play place for Miles we honestly would not come back here at all

Hearing you all complain because no one stands at the register to take an order and someone orders a smoothie and a McFlurry for their kids is wild. Then you forget my drink and McChicken y’all are the absolute worst. Fire this manager already.
