Not pleased with the new McDonald's attitude. The people are really pleasant but over worked. Corporate focusing on delivery and mobile ordering. You can't go in to meet a friend for lunch. You have to wait in line for a refill, and there's often no one available to ask. I'm ready to just drive to Laporte and make lunch at her house.

Let's keep in mind it's McDonald's. My service sucked. They were rude and slow they also forgot my drink. When I pointed out they didn't give me my drink they got an attitude with me. Told me they did too. When I am staying where am I will use another McDonald's.
I was cornered and assaulted by several employees here February 14, 2024. The police did nothing, management did nothing, they wouldn't look at the cameras. The employees inside claimed I threw my beverage and was upset about a coupon, which is entirely untrue. Furthermore one of the employees was the one who slapped my drink out of my hand, who also then replaced my drink. Do you think if I had thrown it they would have replaced it? Despicable.

My son wants to collect the new Sonic Happy Meal toys.. so we go (he's 9) I always go in and order on the kiosk.. for me it's just easier with deals, rewards, payment, etc... But the people in the back were yelling so loud the entire lobby heard it. And it wasn't just yelling. It was cussing and other vulgar language. I'm not a helicopter mom.. I swear around my child. It just found it odd that at your place of work where there's about 10+ adults and 5+ kids about 10 and under. It was definitely a day all the staff decided they didn't give F. But hey! All our food was correct and good..
