Absolutely horrendous. Ordered on the app as we had a large group order. Arrived to the restaurant and checked in online the app and put in the spot number. After over 15 mins waiting curbside and still no order (parking lot empty) my husband went inside to see what was going on. Once inside he waited at least 10 mins while workers walked past him and the staff in the back just chatted having a great time. Finally someone asked him what he needed and he said we’d been waiting curbside and the staff person said “you have to check in” he said “my wife checked in now over 20 mins ago”. She was extremely rude and not helpful. She stated that we had to check in and that he couldn’t just take the order. He came back out to the car stating we had to check in to receive the order. I checked the app and the order had cleared out and I couldn’t check in as I had already done so. My husband went back inside and was just handed a bag of food. No explanation, no “here you go” or “sorry for the wait”. Got the food home and found mold on the bagels. Absolutely awful service and awful food.

They got our order wrong missing sone of our order and they gave us an attitude when we noticed that we were missing. They need to help more and be more respectful if they did it wrong instead of blaming the customer.

Any other mcdonalds is better than this one. I didn't think it was possible to be this bad. Every single time I've been here, the service was slow, I've received the wrong food almost every time, and just today, I got charged for someone elses order in the drive thru. When handed my receipt, I told the guy that this wasn't my order and that I would need a refund to which he acted annoyed about. After receiving my order and making sure it was the correct order, I realized after getting home that my order was actually wrong partially. I had requested two burgers with no onions and low and behold both burgers came WITH onions and no sauce whatsoever. I tried going back and showing my receipt and the guy at the counter said there was nothing he could do since i had already left the store and taken a bite out of one of the sandwhiches. Never going back to this location even if it is the closest option until some serious restructuring occurs including management.

Easily one of the slowest McDonald's I have been to. Workers had zero concern or hurry. To add to the snail's pace, they were putting up food and not putting up drinks with them. I was standing with 4 others just waiting for drinks while food got cold. I finally had to ask after several minutes only to get attitude and no sense of any urgency. Overall an incredibly frustrating experience that put us behind in our travels. If you are on any kind of time schedule, this is not the place for you. PSA.

Ask for a small water at the window. So I could give it to a dog and they told me no, can't do that because there's ordersin front of u.note it's 90 out And I should have ordered that later before no straw. My fries were half full and I ordered a large worst place to go for food. Never going back.I used to go there every morning when I took care of somebody in michigan city.
