I have been to several locations. Mainly my hometown. Very nice and friendly atmosphere our order was correct clean tables I'm in shock of how nice and friendly this place is!!!! A freaking mazing!!!! I'd almost drive the hour long drive just to come here! Other McDonald's locations could really use/learn from what this store is doing! Well done McDonald's 10/5 stars!!!!

This location is the absolute worst. I'm not sure how hard it is to make a plain cheeseburger, but apparently it is too hard for the line workers that are literally racing and shoving food out of the window.
Maybe if their manager would do quality checks to make sure that they're doing their job right, I wouldn't be writing this. Instead, he was aggressive towards me and told me to drop my attitude when I had explicitly confirmed twice at the intercom that the burger was to be plain.

Typical McDonald's. Foods hit or miss sometimes it's good sometimes it's not. Sometimes you can expect to wait a long time even if you ordered ahead on the app and I've had them lose my order more than one time when I order ahead or when they pull me up to the waiting spot what.

The McDonald's in Burns Harbor, Indiana is a solid and good choice for a great value for hot & fresh food. My wife, myself, and our 3 friends ate really good on $60.00. The service is excellent and the dining room table, seats, and floors were all very clean. As a particular point, all of the trash cans were also recently emptied and they placed new trash bags into the baskets. A great place to eat.
Ordered 2 snack wraps, a triple cheese burger and a fry. Got my order, recieved a burger, large fry and 2 small fries. I think to myself alright no big deal, ill go back around. I go back around, they took my burger and gave me the snack wraps. Didnt realize it until I got home. my wife gets dinner and I dont because reading is hard. Won't be back. Wasted 16 dollars on cold food too. Thanks a lot.

Not good used the restroom and the sink was not working there was a employee who was in there using the bathroom and find out he is the cook there was a sanitizer outside of the bathroom but not good who ever is management there should be gone

It was okay. There's something wrong with the water. In the bathroom. You can't even wash your hands. So that's frustrating. I told them about it and nothing was done. The food is actually pretty good though.

Slow service, mixed orders. We were asked to pull up to the reserved spot in front of the lobby,as they ran out of cones, after 20 min of waiting, we found out, they simply forgot about us.
Sucks go to Franklin McDonald's instead
