Exceptional service by Sarah W tonight! First time in over 4 years we have had this kind of service in a chain restaurant. If you’re going and she’s working, request her!!!

First of all our server Ethan was awesome, but unfortunately there was an issue with the food. We came in because website advertised 2 for 25. When asked Ethan he wasn't aware of the deal so had manager speak to us. Without asking manager Michelle first words to us was this is not true no how are, hello or anything friendly just very rudely it's not true. So my wife shows her the phone and she said nope that's a made up site. So we order are food and 1/4 way through fettuccine alferdo my wife finds a noise ring IN THE FOOD ON BOTTOM. We asked for our server, he gets Michelle she rudely walks around the corner says there is noone on her line that has face piercings have no idea where that came from . Which I took as her suggesting we put in there. All my wife was gonna ask for was a remake. Me I didn't even eat but a couple bites of my food and was done. Poor manager, the assistant manager comes out which was wearing a noise ring was kind apologetic at least. Never again there at least. Watch your food

Not the greatest Olive Garden I been too.
Food was pretty great. I asked for chicken Alfredo with the Alfredo sauce and got spaghetti sauce on it instead so we had to wait longer for our food. And had to ask for the dipping sauces for our breadsticks because the waitress forgot. She made it up tho with free dessert and she was really nice.
