The food was DELICIOUS OFC! I was taken Here/THERE, because neither of us 2️⃣ had gone to this one before, & it was an/My early birthday present. The service was WAY DELAYED, We ONLY got 5️⃣ breadsticks, yes we were only a couple & the wait was 25 mins because it was packed. It was shortly before the meal came, which took forever to come (which I understand that is was packed but still it was too long, other tables with a handful of people got their stuff rather QUICKLY so it was likely our server Carter) that I got the NEW blue 🍹cocktail they were offering I was to ask about bcuz She had gotten Her tea, which was also DELAYED well before I got mine! The black tie chocolate moose cake was layered perfectly & an ideal slice with perfect proportion of the chocolate so it was not overwhelming by any means. I'm sure it was MAINLY JUST THE YOUNG SERVER BUT STILL IT COULD'VE/SHOULD'VE BEEN BETTER! HE WAS SERVING A TABLE ACROSS OF US THAT THEY HAD TO COMBINE TABLES TO SEAT & THEIR STUFF WAS ON-POINT BECAUSE HE LIKELY SEEN THAT THEY'D OFFER A LARGER TIP! EITHER WAY 'IMO': YOU TREAT ALL THE SAME.... PROVIDE EACH THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE & BEST THAT YOU CAN PROVIDE!

Had a little inconvenience, but my waiter and the manager Michelle were excellent and took care of my issue.
Olive Garden is still as good as it was years ago, I love it! 😊

Honestly had the worst service ever tonight. Felt rushed at the very beginning with ordering our entrees. She came back 3 times within a matter of 5 minutes asking if we were ready to order.
Then the server was seated a party behind us - she could not handle it and left our table feeling forgotten. One of the managers took care of us and a different server.
Haven’t been out to eat in months due to a small baby - should have just stuck with carry out or going somewhere that values their guests experience more.

The food tasted great but my entire family is super sick. The server we had seemed just fine so I’m not sure if they have sick cooks preparing the food🥲 it’s super dissapointing but I can’t risk my baby gettting sick again.

Very dishonest showing that I picked up my order on time. I sat there for 25 minutes past my pickup time. They did that to everyone who was waiting.

Have had a few amazing meals with family here in recent months. Monica is as good of a server there is. A positive and energetic person who hustles and gets things done. Manager Lexi makes sure guests are taken care of and goes above and beyond. Thank you and best of luck to both of you
