Awful service. They prioritize doordash ordes above all else. They literally filled 7 online orders in a row before even getting to me standing in front of the tray.

When I got home, the orange chicken tasted like it was reheated multiple times and 2 days old.

Nothing “express” about this place. Seems simple enough, all food made ahead, just scoop and sell. Unfortunately the management hasn’t grasped that & passed it along to their staff. Panda Long Wait…maybe

As someone who works in Human Resources, I understand that every customer interaction is an opportunity to represent your brand. Unfortunately, my experience at this Panda Express was a textbook example of how poor service and leadership can damage that reputation.

When I visited, the store was out of almost everything. What remained in the food trays looked old, dry, and completely unappealing. We were told we’d have to wait nearly 20 minutes for fresh food to be cooked — something I would expect from a full-service restaurant, not a fast-casual one.

What truly pushed this experience into unacceptable territory was the behavior of the young woman serving us. Her name started with an “A” and she was wearing a black shirt, which I understand typically signifies a leadership or management role. She was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and condescending — speaking to us as if we were a nuisance or just plain ignorant. For someone in a position of authority to act this way is deeply concerning, and frankly, it reflects poorly on the entire operation.

The only redeeming part of the visit was the cashier, who was kind, courteous, and professional. His demeanor was a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the experience.

This visit left me both frustrated and disappointed. With leadership setting such a poor example, it’s no wonder the store felt disorganized and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this location reevaluates its training and management standards.
