This was my first time going. I had Orange Chicken and rice. I like the chicken. The rice was okay. The staff is mixed and you can feel tension. They're not friendly to each other.

Nothing “express” about this place. Seems simple enough, all food made ahead, just scoop and sell. Unfortunately the management hasn’t grasped that & passed it along to their staff. Panda Long Wait…maybe
