Terrible management and cook at this location! 2 entrees available at lunch with no teriyaki chicken made. They did have almost burnt ragoons and egg rolls tho. They asked me what I wanted like I had any choices. Corporate should send a fixer to this location! 2 bad experiences in a row says I won't be back.

In general I like panda expresses. This location however has left me terribly disappointed. All of the food either looked old or disappointing. Many items were vacant. One of the members of our group has never been to Panda Express and asked to try a piece of chicken we're promptly told that was not possible they could give us a few pieces in the order for next time how disappointing. That member of our group did not eat at Panera but went to a different restaurant because the food did not look appetizing. There were no forks where you would normally find forks. Also two of the soft drink dispensers had what seemed to be fairly permanent labels. To say the least a disappointing experience One in which will probably cause me to think twice about returning.

As i travel I pay attention to costomer service, leave reviews, etc. by far Yessi has been one of the rudest representatives i have met in a while. Attitude was out of control and showing it to paying customer is unprofessional. Asked for a bigger plate and got the bigger attitude instead & my plate aggressively tossed at me. Horrible job yessi! Get it together. Thank you to Rocio for taking over my plate and transforming my transaction to be much better. Rocio is definitely manager material. Work ethic is great!

Get bad service most days but you know something about being told at 836 when you ordered your food at 755 and got a message saying it is done... that food is made to order a half an hour before closing so orders take longer to make... then ask one employee how long and he's says honestly I don't know...... then the other one says less than a minute I was still standing there after 5.. took an hour to get food..love the patronizing tone that the girl in charge used to talk to me.... thanks...... and of course it's an online order and no one there could cancel it and refund it I would have to call tomorrow to talk to a manager.. cheap Chinese food ain't worth this bullshit

I visited panda express for the first time in years and I can say I was pleased to have excellent customer service! The line was to the door and the ONE & ONLY LADY that was working it killed it! Rocio you’re amazing you can definitely take the rush on your own! Keep up the good job!!! 100/100

I have ordered the last two days on my lunch break. Both were mobile orders. Day one they forgot utensils, and I had to use Pringle lid to scoop out food. Tonight I waited 15 minutes just to pickup my order that was ready and sitting there. Then I get back to work and there is no teriyaki or mustard that was listed on my order. Made food inedible.
