So the food is decent, but very overpriced. And their "signature hot chocolate" is nothing more than hot water and a packet of swiss-miss... there's nothing "signature" about it except that it costs $6 dollars!! Absolutely ridiculous and will definitely not be back. I have NO clue how they've managed to stay in business this long in such a poor city no less.... hope to see an indefinitely closed sign on the doors soon! Hopefully it will make room for something more useful like a 10th mattress store or literally anything but a panera...

Ordered the apple fugi chicken salad. I removed 33 cherry tomatoes from the salad. It had no lettuce. The staff have no pride in their work. They then handed me a bowl of lettuce. Need to shut it down for retraining and face lift.

If I could give zero stars for the customer service I would! Never have i sat in a drive thru for 10 minutes with no one else waiting and no customers inside. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU INCLUDING THE MANAGER WHO THINKS IT'S

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Got a bowl of soup and it wasn’t even filled up all the way. The Asian lady that works there is an absolute ARSE! She’s so rude. If you don’t like your job find something else. The soup was cold and she told us to put it in the microwave.. I’ve NEVER seen a microwave in a Panera in my life. Just absolute terrible service. The lady upfront was nice. Other than that this place is terrible.

TERRIBLE. Order wrong. Paid for two bowls and they weren’t even filled half way. The Asian lady was extremely rude. I asked for hot soup and she replied “put it in the microwave”. Just terrible. Worst Panera Bread experience ever.

Ordered 2 salads that were supposed to have chicken. Neither had chicken and both were unappealing as far as looks. Looked old borderline ready to be thrown out. Unacceptable Panera,DO BETTER for the price of your salads!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Panera location. My husband picked up a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for me last night, which cost a hefty $14. After eating half of it, I discovered there was absolutely no chicken in the salad. Not a single piece. My husband returned to the store to explain the missing ingredient. Instead of a sincere apology, they simply handed him a small cup of chicken and told him to essentially deal with it. This was unacceptable. We paid $14 for a chicken salad, and we expected a complete and correct order. After some insistence, they begrudgingly made a new salad, but noticeably skimped on the chicken. This isn't the first time this location has messed up our orders, and frankly, the prices are outrageous for the inconsistent quality and service. This experience was the final straw. I will not be returning to this Panera.

The cashier Britney was impolite and irritating to order food with. She flat out refused to modify my food, and lied to me saying they were out of ingredients. Just for me to see those exact same ingredients being used for the items they come on. Then the quality of the food was subpar for panera standards. As a former employee of panera in Southport I am greatly disappointed by this experience. Would not recommend to anyone

So today I met a couple friends for lunch. I had a very limited budget but when I saw the bowl of soup for $7.49, I thought cool. I can get something. When the gal at the register told me it would be 9 something, I asked her how much the soup was. It had gone up over a dollar and when I pointed to the sign, she looked and said "Oh, they didn't change it. ".........okay. So have they changed it now? And then I got my bowl of chicken noodle soup. The bowl was huge. But it was about half full. And it was not even really very tasty. Seemed like soup from a can. I was so disappointed. I will not be back.

25 min to get lunch is not what I was expecting plus dirty look when I ask them how much more I have wait? With no answer! Chicken cranberry sandwich was bad just took few bites! Never coming back here again by the way Asian lady gave the dirty look without answering! Like I didn't have choice!

Horrible response staff. Waited in the car for over 1/2 hour to order & finally left without ordering anything. Prior to that, another order was completely wrong but we didn't discover until we got home. Will never go back to this franchise.

So I tried again; waited in line for 15 minutes, coffee was just warm so I brought it inside to get a new cup only to find they were out of fresh coffee and was told to wait 1/2 hour. Said I had to get to work and wanted a refund, which I received. Staff was rude, not nice. Don't go there. Worse customer service ever!
