Great service. Perfect Rally's atmosphere. Clean lot. I know it's not normal to hear or say this about a Rally's. I've always loved their burgers, fries, and shakes! This was the worst food ever!! I tried a spicy chicken sandwich. automatically started smashing it. I was starving, you know, you start feeling crazy, type of starving. The chicken sandwich was about the size of a white castle hamburger and it was deepfried. It was over cooked and dry. I was disappointed.

Went to order food. Informed there's no mustard, rudely. Went on to order a drink... no sprite... and the person at the window is not professional at all. I cant explain how snippy and rude. Like they were there cuz it's their job. But only to collect a paycheck. Customers were the least of their worries. We left. Pulled off. Very rude.

I go hear regularly. They always mess up the food. And when asked to correct it it's a huge fight today the talked about me. And we're so overly rude. Clamed that the sandwich was right ...it was not. I tried to show them they refused.

Went in to order food,and waited way over 5 mins for someone to take my order. Then they put things I didn't order on my order, so basically over charged me, because the manager didn't listen to the order given. Then waited over 8mins for my order. After checking my order I found I was shorted a sandwich. So I went back in and the manager said yeah we owe you a chicken sandwich no mayo. So I wait another 6 min for my chicken sandwich, for it to have mayo on it. The manager was to worried about calling someone a sweetheart or cutie to pay attention to what I was ordering. Then after waiting for my sandwich it had mayo on it..I was just enraged, I won't go here agian.

If you are a Rally's fan (and I am) then you know a Rally Burger combo simply cannot be beat. My cheeseburger is always fresh and hot and my fries are sizzling and crunchy and SO yummy. The lady in the window was awesome when I told her how far I had driven for my meal. I never pass up an opportunity for a Rally's combo.

I would say it’s pretty good! Came with a group of 5 and it was about 10 to 20 dollars per person for a filling meal. Food was good, I liked what I got, but one of the people I was with ordered a baconzilla and received NO bacon! The service was good however, the person we talked to was pretty nice but again, nothing extra. Everyone else was pretty satisfied with their food, and I would come back. Nice restaurant, good job!
My son and I went to Rally’s for lunch yesterday! We only had $6 but the GM, Michael, covered the change for us so we were still able to have a nice lunch together at the park! We were beyond thankful for his kindness, and it truly made our day! My son was so excited to try a Rally burger, and he loved it! Thank you again Michael for your kind gesture!

One of the only places on the North side of Michigan City that is open late. The late night crew is solid. They do a fantastic job and they are doing a great service for the community. Even though it's a drive-thru, if it's after midnight, I'm tipping them. (Same for Mc D's).I would encourage everyone to do the same. Really nice and efficient staff doing the hard work no one else wants to do. Thank You!
