Tonight my friends, daughter and I spent the evening at the Ritz watching the Notre Dame and the Indiana Game. Brittany was our server. The atmosphere was amazing! As busy as it was, she was on top of everything we needed. She didn’t miss an empty glass, and checked on us constantly. I would recommend the Ritz and Brittany to anyone looking for great food and great service.

My guys and I have been coming to the Ritz Klub a couple times a week for the last month or so. We weren’t sure what to expect. The atmosphere has been amazing. We have been there for the football games and also just to hang out, whether inside or on the patio. The service has been, hands down, some of the best service that we have had anywhere. The two blonde bartenders, I think it’s Maria and Sam, are phenomenal! They are very kind. All of the staff there have been welcoming and great. The food so far has been awesome. I’ve had multiple different items in the time that I have been coming in and haven’t had a bad item yet. The pastrami sandwich and the pickle fries are the best. Overall I think this place is AWESOME. Management should definitely be proud.

Let me preface this review by noting…Owning a bar/restaurant establishment can be difficult at times. Unfortunately owners cannot be the face of their establishment 24/7. Our parties experience at this bar was unacceptable by the service or should I say non-service received. My mates did expressed that the food was good after leaving, which should be mentioned. But the server (Samantha) had an attitude that couldn’t be less welcoming. From the time we sat down it was obvious she wasn’t in the mood to serve the needs of our table. I was really struck by her disrespect when I asked why her attitude was not what a server should have in her position. She immediately said I didn’t have to stay and could leave. I only hope she was actually the owner so she could reap what she sows. But if not, the owners need to hear that this is unacceptable at any time and from any server. I wish all small businesses the best, because we need them.

Let's start with the service, Danielle absolutely amazing! The place was packed and her service was out of this world! And food, holy cow amazing! Fun atmosphere and just a great vibe! Will definitely be back!
Perfect. Cozy. Kim was so sweet too, haha. Definitely worth a visit! Quick stop for us before taking the South Shore Line to Chicago, and it'll be a traditional stop for us from now on!
