Stopped in on the way back to Chicago from South Haven. Ordered 2 Quad Americano’s. Both were weak, tasted like watered down coffee. The Barista made mine again, same. I believe there’s something wrong with the espresso machine. I go to Starbucks every day and order the same thing and it’s always very strong. I don’t blame the Baristas, service was quick considering how crowded it was. But almost $10.00 for two coffee beverages should be right.

This is the best service I have ever experienced. All of the baristas are kind, empathetic, hard working and do their jobs so well! Honestly, every one of the employees at this location are so full of personality!I've become a regular here, and though I do not know their names by heart, they know mine and they never fail to wow me! Each and every one of them has given smiles, enthusiastic hellos and goodbyes. They always offer great drinks and ideas. The place is always clean. It's so easy to talk with them, they are incredibly helpful and thoughtful.My drink is amazing every time! Matcha frappuccino and chai are always so good. The conversation is great. Hands down, the best service ever. Even when they are slammed with a rush and customers are being mean and impatient, they do an incredible job!These people deserve all the tips and I hope they get recognition for how awesome they are! ^_^
It was a pretty gross Starbucks I've had better ones They were like pre-making all the drinks and like this little blender whatever
