Starbucks Coffee, Co

Now that I am reading reviews, should have not gone here! Ordered two Venti Mocha Frappuccinos and they have no flavor, both taste like a frozen unsweetened hot chocolate. The older lady that works there is definitely rude.

Baristas are so rude. On a 98 degree day i asked for water. I also paid for more than $15 of drinks

They would only give me a 6 ounce glass of water and told me they wouldn’t even allow me to pay for a larger glass

This is the worst starbucks experience I have had by far! The older, blonde lady who took my order was very rude and judgmental! She was taking my order and laughed at my add-ins and asked if it was something I saw online. She then laughed even more and told me that it didn’t make sense to get nonfat milk with cold foam because cold foam is made out of heavy whipping cream and is fattening. I obviously know what I am ordering and by getting nonfat I am still cutting back! She had no right to comment on this and I should be able to order what I want without judgement or snarky comments! She also was snarky when telling my friend and I that the QR code that you scan to use your card on the mobile app doesn’t work and we can only scan for points. Normally I can excuse bad service because I understand people have bad days, but she went out of her way to act this way and it was so uncalled for! Not to mention she up-charged us for our drinks! I will not be coming back to this location.

I hate going here just because i've had so many unnecessarily rude experiences.
But the coffee is good still usually.

They dont take coupons from the Starbucks app. Not a real starbucks location

i’ve had some rude encounters but this one is by far the worst starbucks experience i have ever had.i get starbucks all the time and frequently have decent experiences. i was with my friends and bought two venti drinks and the total came out to be $17.23 for TWO DRINKS which is outrageous. the old lady at the counter charged me for no ice and put lots of extra unnecessary charges. she also kept interrupting me while i was ordering and rolled her eyes when i asked for peach juice. my friend asked for lavender powder in her drink and she interrupted to ask how much. after i payed i asked for a receipt, and she refused. i put our exact starbucks order in the app and the total was $14.52. i was charged an extra $2.71 for no ice and other unnecessary charges. at least the barista put a flower on my cup i will not be returning.

Let’s be honest, Starbucks food it’s not the greatest so it’s not like I have the biggest expectations… however, food was fine to be Starbucks, I always order online at this location when I’m walking through the outlet, since it’s always packed and that way I just skip the line😊

Literally the worst matcha I’ve ever tasted. Apparently they changed the matcha. It literally tastes like soap 🧼

The barista recommended 4 pumps of liquid sugar and never did it. Obviously it’s not her fault they changed the matcha but the drink could have been made correctly. So gross! 🤮

The woman who took my order was very friendly. The woman who made my drink was obviously not happy to be there. My drink was not only wrong, but also tasted terrible. I didn’t go back to ask for it to be fixed because the barista’s attitude was so standoffish.

Lady named julia was pretty rude, did not say hello what can I get for you or anything like that. While I was ordering, she was shaking her head, obviously judging me because of my long order. I am not from Michigan City but coming here is always fun, and I would like to feel welcomed rather than judged.

Everything ordered was as expected. No issues, all tasty goodness that caffeine brings you.
