I work in the mall and frequent this Starbucks because it is convenient. I usually order the same thing - Venti iced Chai made with oatmilk. Watched the girl making it pour regular milk into the cup and then tell me in a rude tone that she used oatmilk. This has happened on more than one occasion. Very rude.

Manager is awful and rude to my face. Told me she "didn't like me" before I ever spoke to her?? She told me it was "company policy" to not fill drink up even tho the worker admitted they had NOT explained it to us. She is openly rude and made racist comments to a Mexican couple in front of us, it was awful all around.

I was told I could not use my Starbucks app. That should have been strike number 1. I ordered my typical drink with an oat milk modification and it was disgusting. I did not finish it.
Wouldn't come back to this Starbucks. Owners should know- poor customer service. I was told "state regulation to charge for water"- we LIVE in this state, and it is not true!! Please get your facts straight, please educate your staff better.

I bought $43 worth of food and drinks and then they tell me I have to go wait back in line to order a water. After waiting back in line to order a water they tell me they have to charge me for it because it's a "state regulation".

My drink was made twice with the same cream after I informed the employee quietly and nicely that the cream was curdling. She told me no it was settling. She made it over and it was 1 part cream, 2 parts water, the rest cream and ice. I did not get the extra shot of espresso as ordered. I stirred the drink with a stirrer and pulled out a napkin and wiped off the curded milk. When I went to try and get a refund the cashier acted like i was invisible and continued to take those after me. Needless to say I ended up throwing my drink away and had nothing when I left. For someone who has drank Starbucks since 1996 I was quite disappointed. Being that I have ordered drinks like this or similar to be told there was nothing wrong with it and no one checked the cream was concerning.

The baristas at this location are always so awesome and friendly! I recently moved back to LaPorte and I have tried the Starbucks there, but MC Sbux ALWAYS makes my fav cold brew drink the exact way I like it made, they always make it correctly and it’s always perfect every time!!! I moved to LP and 3 weeks later ended up transferring my job to LP because of the gas prices, but this weekend I have started sneaking back over to MC and will continue to do so whenever I have the chance, just because I miss my MC Sbux crew and miss having my drink made right!!! Otherwise I’ll be making my own Cold Brew drink at home when I can’t make it to MC for my coffee fix! ❤️

Store seems cool my wife loves the refreshers but I don’t think they like to hire people of color which is fine it just tickles me that I had a interview it went well until the manager said she rather have customers eat lice than have me wearing fake nails.
