As soon as I walked in I did not feel welcome. The lady that was assisting me was very racist pretending to not understand me ( I asked for bread and she gave me a tortilla). I corrected her multiple times and she ignored me and didn’t give me a second to tell her what I wanted on my bread. Instead, she left the counter and “helped” her coworkers. I will not be returning. Horrible service!!

First visit here. This subway is by far, the cleanest I’ve ever been in. Employees were welcoming, super nice, and experts at making a sandwich. I had coupons, which they honored…no questions asked. Will definitely be giving this Subway location all of my business over the other local Subways. Highly recommend!!

I did an online order and when I went inside to pick it up nobody was in there, from workers to customers. Only a loud beeping noise. I waited around to see if anyone would come out, and they didn’t. I started to shout “Hello, is anyone there?” No response. I even called the store phone number , and nobody answers. I would have left if I didn’t pay already. As I was about to call subway customer service to cancel my order, a man comes out and a lady from the back come out. and there was no apologize, they had an attitude like I was distributing them from something. Safe to say, I am definitely not going back.

I'm sorry, but if I walk in to an establishment and see 4 people behind a counter (with no line and only 1 other customer in the restaurant) and not 1 person can say "hello", that's a problem for me. Every single one of the people behind the counter looked at me and not once was I greeted. Not even a smile. How sad. I walked right out because I didn't feel welcome.
