Saturday 10am very rude. Employee would not say good morning when said. Good morning, would not say welcome when somebody says. Thank you very short in conversation. Two people ended up leaving the store while I was eating my sub because of the nature of the employee's conversation with the customers.In my opinion, this is managers hiring friends and then not holding them accountable

I recently placed an online order for three different sandwiches, and I must say I was quite disappointed. When I ordered through the app, I carefully selected three distinct sandwiches, each with its unique combination of ingredients. However, when my order arrived, all three sandwiches were identical, and unfortunately, not in the way I had intended.The frustration didn’t end there. Even the one sandwich that was supposed to be the same as what I ordered in the app was made incorrectly. The ingredients were not as specified, and it was clear that attention to detail was lacking in the preparation of my order.I expected a seamless and accurate online ordering experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case. It’s disappointing to receive sandwiches that don’t match my preferences, and it leaves me hesitant to order from Subway online again. I hope that Subway can improve their order fulfillment process to ensure that customers receive the items they actually select through the app.

Got to subway at 8:25. I looked online and it said it closes at 9pm. We walk in and was greeted very unprofessional “what do you want we’re only open for 5 more minutes” we said we wanted 2 sandwiches and she rolled her eyes and got mad. Then my husband asked if they closed at 9 but said “they were short staffed” and started yelling mind you we seen 3 more people in the back. As we were leaving the parking lot we seen her making a sandwich. The night shift has been very rude to us each time we come in. 10/10 do not recommend coming in at night. If you can’t handle customer service maybe find another job.

Staff was so kind, the dining room was the cleanest I have ever seen a subway & they greeted us at the door and were really busy but never rushed us. The lady who made our sandwich was so patient and kind. Definitely our favorite subway!

Employees making sandwiches did a fantastic job with my order, however the cashier/wrapper, James, blew his nose and did not wash/sanitize his hands before wrapping both sandwich’s up. Two stars due to public sanitary issue. I’ll stick to the other location in MIchigan city. I rather not get sick from uncleaned hands

I ordered thru the app for pickup at 7:55. My order was marked as ready, only to be told once I got there they were out of my bread choice. Then had to wait until 8:40 to get my order. I have absolutely no problem waiting, why not just give me a call so I could come later, instead I wasted 45 mins waiting in the lobby. Won’t be returning.

The food is ok it's just that they're always short staffed and I have to wait a long while for my food. I don't really go to that location much unless I really have time to wait. Nothing bad against them, it's just I can't wait long periods of time when I'm able to get there. It's a decent place to go overall and it's clean. The staff may need to brush up on better customer service skills.

$25 for 2 ft longs with no extras on our that's a bit ridiculous. No chips drink or cookies. It clearly said $9.49 per sandwich. He told me it was taxes. $7 for tax! No possible way.
