I got breakfast here and asked for a sausage cheese on an English muffin and they gave me straight butter instead of cheese. I didn’t have enough time to swing back because of work but absolutely disgusting and made a huge mess in my car cus butter spewed everywhere

Horrible experience in every way. Waited 15+ minutes in the drive through to get cold food that didnt even come with the right size patties for what I ordered. Nobody seemed to be in any rush at all sitting and talking to their co-workers. Do not eat here.

They were completely out of kids meal toys and my kid cried. They gave us a free partial frosty to make up for it. The only reason we went was to get her that kids meal. They could've told us when ordering that it was out or when we got the bag, but instead they said nothing and I had to go back and complain.

Management needs to take a look at the current staff!
There was a person waiting for 1 1/2 hour for an interview, they told her to come back the next morning at 10 am.
They did give her a free large French fries for her trouble.
Worst Wendy's, I've ever been to. Had to wait over 15mins for a MOBILE order that was placed at least 5mins before arriving, and I still had to wait long. Then, after receving food, fries were colder than my drink, which i can't see how that's possible since our drinks were all ice. What a rip-off and a waste of time.

I thought I was having an issue with the restaurant because my doordash order time got pushed back a whole hour after the original estimate, then the app said they were having issues finding a dasher, so I just switched it to pickup and went to get it myself. Turns out there was a dasher, and they stole my food. They remade my order & gave it to me. Food was hot & fresh and employees were very helpful. And if that doordash driver happens to see this… I hope your nuggets were cold.
