Bad customer service. I waited at counter with employees sweeping g lobby and working behind counter at fry station. No one said anything to me but all saw me. The manager walked right by me but didn't say hello or be right with you. Nothing said to me. So in went elsewhere to eat since customer service is not a priority here. Guess another place losing because of service.

My order was not taken correctly and I asked the manager if she can remake the order and I pay the difference. She rudely refused and stated she was understaffed and making other orders. I've worked in fast food and was always told to remake an order even if the customer doesn't offer to pay the difference, but I did and this is unacceptable.

Ordered 2 Dave's singles at 1120 pm. Paid cash. Received the food Ice cold. Requested replacement burgers and was told no that they were finished cooking for the night. Asked for my money back and was told no. Reason that was given to me was that the managers don't trust the employees to give refunds. This is the absolute worst place ever. Very unprofessional. I have video of the whole incident.

Nice people. Ordered online. Ehen i got there and was told pull up because the chicken would take 5m each. 15m later, they came out saying the food was hot and fresh. Got back to my job to discover 1 missing potato order (we had 3 orders of potatoes, 3 chicken bacon maple croissants, and 3 honey butter chicken biscuits). I called the restaurant 3 TIMES...3... Not 1 time did they pick up. Tried to contact Wendy's through the app and web with absolutely no luck because they just kept sending me to a page saying, "Call the restaurant. UHHH tried that guys... no luck. I drove 15m there, waited a total of 20m for my food, drove 15m back to my job, and spent another 20 trying to remedy the issue. I gave my food to someone else who didn't get their whole order, and yet for those 3 items for 3 people, it was over 35.00. DO BETTER, ANSWER YOUR PHONE BECAUSE THOSE OF US PATRONIZING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT ARE THE REASON YOU GET PAID YET YOU IGNORE THE CUSTOMER .. FOR what? To not take accountability for your inability to get an order, correct??? When only 1 car drove thru in those 20+ minutes and only 1 person was sitting inside eating, yet I saw 2 people in the window, 1 in the lobby and another one wandering outside. Maybe pay more attention. Check the order accuracy, answer your phone, or get a corporate office or at least an employee who can operate a phone. This isn't the first time this happened to me. And never has one thing been done about any errors. It's ridiculous to me. Nice people doesn't mean you can take my money and not give me my food and then just ignore me...Never again
