I absolutely LOVE this food truck & catering service! The BBQ is always cooked to perfection, the sauce is DELICIOUS & the Mac & Cheese is addicting!! Best BBQ I’ve ever had! Plus they always have new add ons and specials to their menu so it keeps it fun and exciting to see what special plates they might add to the menu next!

We choose this place for catering on my fathers birthday. Everything was prepared and cooked exactly as described. The food was delivered right on time to our home. The people were very friendly with a smile and good attitude. The portions were extremely large and there was plenty of food to feed all 24 of us. This place has the best ribs and Mac and cheese I have tasted in a very long time. I don’t think I have every tasted Macaroni and Cheese that good before. We also ordered the Chicken and Dumplings, and some J*** Chicken which we highly recommend! I would definitely choose this place for your catering needs! Good prices, friendly service, great fresh food.

Absolutely no highlight.
When I was asked what I wanted, the man behind the screen was rude.
When I odered a deluxe hamburger, with mac and cheese, he walked away before I could finish my order, of getting an extra side of mac n cheese.
Got my food amd only had to drive 2 minutes back to my work to eat.
open the container, the mac n cheese was barely warm. It's a tiny, tiny burger, with wilted, nasty looking lettuce on it, and instead of onion slices, the whole pit of the onion was in the middle of the burger. not to mention the hamburger was ice cold.
Absolutely terrible service. Went when they while at the Harley Davidson dealership on 421.
Would not recommend.

We used Wilson’s to cater a reception and it was absolutely amazing and everything was beyond our expectations! The owners are incredibly nice, the food was delivered on time and was fresh. We had planned for a simple burger bar with baked beans, macaroni and cheese, pasta salad and chicken fingers ‘for the kids’, however the flavor of everything brought it to a whole new level! The burgers were seasoned and cooked to perfection as were the chicken fingers, the baked beans were amazing, pasta salad was incredibly flavorful and the mac n cheese was out of this world! There wasn’t a complaint to be heard from anyone! I would very highly recommend using them!
