This wingstop in Temple Texas is straight up terrible. The staff including the Manager Val is rude and doesn't care to speak to customers. I have had missing items, wrong orders, and just awful customer service interactions. I called tonight to find out if they are not receiving the full orders. I was told "we put whatever is on the screen in the bag." When I called that out as not being the case for the last three months the response was "heard". I have already spoken to the District manager Andre in the past. This lack of professionalism and accountability needs to be studied.

Food is horrible. No seasoning, food takes too long only to get it and it’s room temp. Order always wrong and the garlic Parmesan wings are Parmesan only!!!! No garlic

I ordered delivery from the website and I was not disappointed. The food was sooo delicious 😋 I got the 20 piece boneless special with a large voodoo fry and blue cheese dipping sauce. Everything tasted sooo good and even with sharing with my children, it was more than enough. I'll definitely be ordering here again.

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Hello! It’s Abby. I just went here tonight and might I just say it’s absolutely wonderful. I mean the workers, the environment, the vibe. and the CHICKEN. Just FALLS off the bone. I am so happy with the results of tonight.

We ordered 20 bone in wings. 10 plain, 5 garlic & parmesan and 5 original sauce. All of the wings were overcooked and completely dried out. It was like eating chicken jerky! The ones with sauce only had a very small amount of sauce on them. The ranch dipping sauce was a $1.50. Way over priced in my opinion! By far, the worst wings I've had anywhere!

I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

Hands-down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 37 years of life. Almost every time my experience is they are so rude over the phone and when you get there to pick up the order. so I will no longer be returning to this location and neither will my family. I was made to feel like I inconvenienced them for coming to their establishment and I don’t know if it was the One of the owners or if it was the person in charge, but I let him know we will not be returning in a polite manner because of how we were treated for simply ordering food from them and he said what happened as he leaned close to me over the counter as if he was about to get in my face and was combative when I simply said you know what happened. As my boyfriend and I were walking out he continued to ask what happened very loudly but we kept it moving for his best interest because at that point he was pushing his limits by disrespectfully speaking to me and getting close to my face with my very protective boyfriend right next to me. Needless to say this place does not care about their customers and are a terrible representation for the brand.

The owner/manager is awesome! He's very friendly and gets to know the customers, making it a homelike vibe. The staff is just as nice, and always goes above and beyond with orders🥰 I absolutely adore everyone there, they always make you feel so welcomed.
