Triple pig was wonderful not as filling as you might think. The sweet potato fries are homemade perfect amount of seasoning. There house dipping sauce a must. Prices are good too..not over price for amount of food you get.

My husband and I were lucky enough enough to stumble upon this EXCELLENT restaurant. We assumed it was just a bar with bar food but to our delight it was everything but ! We were greated by a very informative host that explained about a lot of the dishes that they served.
My husband had the Beef and reef and said the shrimp was amazing .
I had the beef tenderloin tips and all I can say is WOW. They were so tender and there was a perfect amount of sauce . I highly recommend the house salad with their poppy seed dressing . All their salad dressings are home made .
So to sum it up we were lucky to find this little gem. We will definitely be back . Oh I also recommend to make reservations!

This was our first time dining at the Angry Donkey. We were impressed by the prompt greeting from Mike. He provided a brief introduction about the restaurant. Jennifer was our server. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. The meal was served timely and great quality. The crab cakes were delicious, Ribeye prepared as requested. We highly recommend the bread pudding. It is worth every calorie!

Don't sleep on this place. It is wonderful. Great food and drinks that don't break the bank. I've paid much more for lamb that was not nearly as good. You can also get a great burger or Prime Rib. They also have this dish called a Beggers Purse that is down home cooking.

I ordered the pan fried chicken and my man ordered the Asian chicken. My food was fine. No issues and all tasty. His food was all fine except for the Asian chicken... it wasn't cooked all the way. He sent it back (not wanting it back, just to let them know it wasn't cooked all the way--he compared his chicken with mine. Mine was white, his was not.) with another server and our server came out and he told her about it and she went back to check on it. Then the cook came out and asked if he was wanting it back because she had already "mangled it and threw it away" (her words). Then he said he didn't want it back, he was just wanting to let them know that it wasn't cooked all the way and that they should probably temp the chicken. She mentioned something about thinking it was close to the bone so it was done. She said he shouldn't get sick because it was mostly done. She then asked him if he liked his chicken "well done"... there isn't well done... there is cooked then not cooked all the way. Then she apologized for the misunderstanding, took my plate then walked away. Won't be coming back.

They were very busy when we arrived, but we were seated right away and our food came out quick and was excellent. Our server was exceptional.

I've been excited to go to this place for a long time and boy was I disappointed when I finally got to go... My chicken was near raw in the middle and the prices were astronomical... When I said something to my server about my undercooked meal, she took my plate went and got the cook and brought her to my table and asked me "you don't like the chicken? You didn't want that back did you?" Needless to say I'm not going to be going back until I win the lottery and then I'll buy the place and turn it into a McDonald's...

Been wanting to try this place for years after only driving by. Finally stopped in with my dad to see what it was about. Definitely not a burger joint lol. Had to have reservations but they squeezed us in anyways. Service was fantastic and everything we tried was absolutely amazing. Tender tips with potatoes. Donkey devilled eggs. All of it amazing.

The steak was fantastic and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes and vegetable medley was just as good. Coming from me you would know that that is a huge compliment. Finally, the bread pudding was to die for and I’m not the pudding type! Jen, our server, was spot on and handled our table with great advice and perfect timing. We will definitely come back.
