We are from Michigan and have only been here a few times. These are some of the best baked goods I have ever eaten. It would be hard to choose one, but my new favorite is the Blueberry Cream Cheese with Lemon glaze cookies. I am sure it is just a seasonal one so I am enjoying it while it lasts. Small family owned bakery off the beaten path, right on the farm. Small counter window to order, but a pretty large variety of baked goods. Pies, donuts, breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies. All ready to go. The day we stopped in was an open house day, so they were very busy. No parking, except on the road and they were giving out free food. Turkey sandwiches, donuts, cookies and a drink. Very good food.

Easy to find, plenty of free parking, such friendly service. Everyone had smiles and there were so many wonderful choices it was hard to choose. Purchased Cinnamon Cream Sticks (among other things) and hubby loves them! Highly recommend!

Everything we have ever had has been delicious! Our favorites are the caramel apple cake, cinnamon rolls, and jalapeño cheese bread. Be sure to have cash or a check to pay as they don't accept credit cards. Totally worth it though!
Bakery was not opened when we were in Shipshewana when we were there on a Monday. We picked up their spelt bread and monster cookies at a local market instead. Both were excellent just like previous purchases.

Come early they close early best bread. Bring cash that’s all they take. Super friendly staff I will always make a detour to stop and grab some bread when I’m passing through keep up the amazing baking.
