I do not know how this place is still open! The food is at best lacking all the way around. If the sandwiches are not just thrown together, the fries are old and cold and the containers are not properly filled. They don't read their screens properly because half the time the order is wrong. I could understand a little if they were busy inside and thru drive though. But when I was the only one in drive thru and no one at the counter, there is absolutely no reason as to why the food was cold and poorly put together and kids standing around doing nothing. Service is always slow and this location is always understaffed. Expect every order to be a wait. The Middlebury McDonald’s loves to make you pull out of the drive thru windows and sit in a parking space to make it look like they are hitting their customer delivery time quota.
I think this place reeks of mismanagement and an owner that squeezes every dollar out of employees and customers.
Parking lot conditions are very sad.
Hopefully my mind can change but this is just how it is here.

Atmosphere was perfect me and for my friends came in we ordered food and the younger manager we asked to name his name is Joey and he jumped right on it and got her orders right out to us that's the type of manager and knows what he's doing and get it done fast

The management was very rude, because I did not know they had a new system in place I doordash and have been to this McDonald's several times and never had a problem. Now there's no way for me to pickup the order and the people will have to wait for someone eles to get their food. Because the manager could not be patient with me. And she told me I wasn't aloud back there ever again. I will not go here and neither will anyone I know.

Very slow taking orders inside, I had to yell to someone and ask if they are taking orders at the counter, then they took my order and gave me a cup to get a Coke but the ice machine didn't work and didn't get any, and someone had spilled cola on the floor and instead of mopping it up they placed a wet floor warning sigh and left it for everyone to walk through to get drinks, will never go back.

The food was below average for a McDonald's. I despise ordering on the App, being given drinks, and then told to go wait in a parking space. Whoever came up with that concept needs to go. The person at the window asked us to pull to a spot. We were in a hurry to meet people so I asked her how long. She told me 15-20 minutes! I asked to pay for my drinks and get a refund for the rest. It must have been a McDonalds miracle because my food came out the window. Cold and average. Cheese half on the burger. How did it go from 15-20 minutes to out the window in about 90 seconds?
