This is the 3rd and last time I've tried our local Pizza Hut the pizza has been burnt and dry each time. I took it back this time and the lady proceeded to argue with me about the non existent sauce. And I always order three extra sides of sauce for the bread sticks which they don't send with and I have to have them go back and get. Quality has been super poor for the last year now. Do better!!

Way over priced. When did pizza hut get so embarrassingly expensive? I absolutely will be getting pizza elsewhere from here on out. $31 dollars for a "14 inch" pizza that was really a 12 inch pizza is insane.
The online corporate system won't even properly communicate with the store. When a person can be gotten on the phone, they were of no help, and are apparently not capable of taking a delivery order by phone past 10pm as it must be door dashed.

Horrible service sat down to eat never brang our food out just put it in the warmer without saying anything it was all the wrong food people screaming at eachother in the kitchen don't eat here took 45 min when she told us roughly 10 min. DON'T EAT

Denied me my food despite having online confirmation. Called customer service and they aren't allowed to give refunds. Was then ordered off the property and threatened with the cops for talking to customer service. Called customer service again to add this and they couldn't find my previous complaint or my account. Apparently customer service can't fix anything but can delete and cover up issues. BBB has them listed as F- just because of this. In short don't go. And if you have to order in person and get a paper receipt on camera.
