Great pizza and dining atmosphere

Went out to dinner with some friends. Ordered a pizza, friends ordered pastas and sandwiches. The started bringing out food, pastas first, then the sandwich. And then the server comes out and informs us that the new cook misread the pizza order and they had to start over with the pizza. Which we were understanding, and didn’t make a fuss. Well not only did the server mention that they would just keep the messed up pizza in the back for the staff to eat, they didn’t offer anything to hold us over, and they didn’t give any type of discount on the bill. We were right under the air vent, so we were getting cold and getting very hungry. Our friends were done with their food by the time we got our pizza. Our friend even mentioned (in a kind manner) to the server how they came here to share a meal with us, but we had to watch them eat, and then vise versa, and the server just shrugged and said “new cooks”. I feel like because we weren’t “Karens” about it they didn’t think of how it was poor service. (Also keep in mind, it wasn’t a busy night. We were one of four tables)

My son and I stopped in for the first time. It was a Friday night and they were very busy. You could tell the staff was stressed, but they did a great job. Our drinks showed up quickly as well as our appetizer. When our dinners aero, they were hot and plentiful. He ordered wings and absolutely smashed them. I had the Chicago combo sandwich. It was delicious. Definitely recommend giving them a try. We will be back.

They had outstanding service, amazing gluten free and regular pizza, and great salads! If you have a gluten allergy, this is the best place I’ve been to in a long time! The sausage is made in house and it was outstanding!

Pizza was garbage. Could have had better at Pizza hut around the corner or a frozen. would NOT waste your money.

Pizzas are good but feel like the middlebury location is scamming on their coupons. Last night I ordered a medium combination ( medium and large Pizzas come with a coupon stamped on the box.) Anyway I'm well over 400 bucks at this restaurant and you give me a plain box with no coupon when clearly right on the table behind the cook is boxes with the stamped coupon on them. 20 coupons you get a free Pizza.I have 18 coupons. Should have 19 so, gee thanks for the dream. Ya know what you prick your employees don't ask for a tip but I give them. I will make sure to stop wasting my money on your restaurant. How do you know I didn't ask about the coupon?

This is the closest place to where I live that does Chicago style pizza & I'm happy to have this option. We recently ordered their pizza for several work parties and all of the employees really liked it!
