Did an online order. Showed up and there was nobody behind the counter and my order was not done. Obviously it was not being made. Finally after a couple minutes someone comes around the back. I explained that I made an online order and they tell me that it's not in their system. So I show them on my phone where it shows the order shows the location and shows that it's paid for. They tell me they will not start making it because it hasn't popped up in their system. Subway you can keep my $20. I will never come back here again. I will never go to another Subway
This store has gone downhill. Went today and waited to be helped for over 20 minutes. Staff put online orders before standing customers. Staff and management are very poor in customer service.
Place looked clean. Service is slow. I think a new worker but subs were made correctly except dressing was only on top and not inside the sandwiches. I still liked the subs.
Went in to order at 1pm. Only 1 style of bread left, they were getting ready to make more. No tomatoes and low in other items. This is poor management because it's not the first time it has happened. Don't order on line because you may never get what you ordered. Cannot recommend this Subway for fresh.
Lowkey this subway is DISGUSTING, and the workers don’t clean up after themselves, plus I found cockroach ankles in my sub.. 🤔 do better
This Subway is a dump. Trash laying around, tables not cleaned off. All drinks are out of order. Hardly any bread options because they didn't make more.. limited toppings.. like seriously.. horrible. I will NOT be returning to this subway location again. This is often the case when I come in here. Clearly this place is falling apart. Oh the bread we did get is stale.. days old I'm guessing. Do better.
Got the day foot long meal deal. Didn’t ring up correct. One worker asked another if it worked on the register. She said she didn’t know. I spoke up and told her it didn’t work. She said something about looking at it later or getting the correct authorization, etc. She then just went on and helped the next customer like it was not a priority. If you are going to advertise a special, you should honor it. I left my receipt on the counter for them hoping they can get it right in the future. I will not be going there in the future.
Very friendly staff. Food was made to order. And the place wasn't very busy at all. Will definitely be returning.
There was very little meat in my roast beef sub, very disappointing.
These 2 ladies were awesome. Best Subway I've ever been to. You ladies rock! Flatbreads were great too !

Waited 45 mins to order only one guy in front of us when we walked in. Get it together management!!
If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would. Not only did the girl making my sandwich stop and handle money with the same gloves on that she continued to touch my sandwich with but also when reaching for the vegetables her apron/shirt touched my sandwich. Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and common sense of this subways employees.

no coupons ??? And for and for the last 3 days now they have said online orders only! The lobby has been closed wht the hell is going on there Corp need to step in and do something

Quite literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to. As someone who works nearby, you never know if they’ll actually be open or not. Half the time the app doesn’t work for this store. Yet they will put up a sign on the door saying mobile orders only and then have the door locked so you can’t come in. You can’t use the drive thru at all. I mean you can drive through it but don’t expect to be able to order or get food.
