12/2/23 -- online orders go on the to go shelf thank you. waited in line 20minutes to ask for it while it was ready the entire time. Order was opposite of items that were selected being light onions or more lettuce etc. (Barely a sprinkle of lettuce but its soaked in chipotle sauce when that was selected as light sauce =] ).

I hate to be that guy but, I will never eat here again. I have never been so ill so quickly from food in my life. Eat fresh, more like eat death. Idk what I just put in my body but, it came up quicker than it went in. Nothing against the owner or employees but, something needs to be done here. I hope you don't have to feel like this after paying for your lunch.

My meat in my protein bowl was ice cold like it just came out of the cooler, even a bit icy.

Came in yesterday afternoon to get a footlong. As the guy was putting the meat on my sandwich, he wipes his forehead touching hat hair with his hand. Instead if changing gloves, he continues putting meat on my sandwich with his hand he just touched his hair with. I said I'm good and walked out. I felt bad but I wasn't gonna eat it after that, I wasn't even hungry anymore...
I actually put an order online when I went here last time. To be perfectly honest I think they done a better job with the online order than when I actually go in and order. I think it's all really great but something about this last time with the online order was absolutely beyond perfect!!

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken melt online through the app, when I went to go pick it up, it wasn’t ready. I understood that they were busy, but they hadn’t even started on my order yet and it was 10 minutes after the pickup time. Get my sandwich, and the “melt” was ice cold in the middle.

Employees were polite and helpful. Who ever owns the establishment though could really take a few minutes and level up the damn tables. The one we were at this time was easy worse than the booth we sat at last time. Not that hard. Heck just take some of your napkins and level it up that way. ?♂️
